Todays video is full on food tour in Ensenada Mexico! This part of Baja California is known for their seafood stalls and taquerias. I put the restaurant names and some of the things I ordered down below!
CARNITAS HERMANOS RAMIREZ- got here first thing in the morning at 7AM. Ordered the mixed carnitas taco (carnitas mixto) which had, pork skin, pork belly and pork butt. Very delicious and a hearty breakfast!

TACOS ANGELITOS- I ended up coming to this spot because the locals said the adobada spit is HUGE. And I can confirm, it is the biggest rotisserie adobada I have ever seen. I tried 3 tacos there (adobada, cabeza and carne asada) and the best one was the adobada.

LA GUERRERENSE (Sabinas resturante)- Very famous seafood restaurant. Sabina Bandera (the owner) started her business as a small cart in the heart of downtown Ensenada. This cart is known as LA GUERRERENSE. After many successful years serving at the cart, she decided to open up a sit down restaurant right next to LA GUERRERENSE, called Sabina’s restaurante. I go to to the restaurant just because they have a couple extra things on their menu. I love this place so much and it truly is one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve ever been to. This place is worth going to Ensenada for!

TACOS ORIGINAL- I had to stop at this taqueria because the smell lured me in. This place had to be my favorite taqueria I’ve had in Ensenada so far. I ordered the tripa and adobada tacos contodo. Everything about these tacos was insane. Meat textures, juiciness, fresh ingredients, salsas. I left this place so satisfied.

TACOS EL PUEBLA- Last stop for the day! I really enjoyed this place. Right Off the bat, you walk in and everyone greets you. The staff is so friendly. As soon as we Sit down, they bring you a spread of toppings and salsas. The tacos were so flavorful and vibrant. This place was a good one to end my tour!

I had a great time showing you guys some of the best food in Ensenada. It was a Full morning to night food experience that I would do again.
