This video documents an 'excursion' trip off the Carnival Inspiration cruise ship when it docks in Ensenada, Mexico. Its a great little half day trip from the local marina with a local fisherman.
The Carnival Inspiration does 3 and 4 day trips out of Long Beach, California, USA.
This excusion is just a short bus ride from the dock, and includes all licenses, transportation and deckhand assistance.
“Sergios's” boat goes about 8-9 miles offshore and he really knows the hot spots. If its not hitting he moves the boat until we start hauling them in! Go for the morning trip, as its usually calmer, and then you have the afternoon to explore Ensenada, downtown shopping district is just a short walk from the wharf when you come ashore. The fish market also has great eats just above the marina. Check out “Tequila's Bar & Grill” as you walk into town, say hi to Louie if you stop in.
Bring a hat, sunglasses, light jacket, sunscreen as it is an open boat for fishing.
