Even south korea trades from withing and they promote their farmers by levyng high taxes on external businesses trying to sell into korea. Even the lucky ones who manage toget to import into Korea, they are given very limited quantities to bring in. Let URA educate people

Brother am doing business in Uganda, I’ve lived in countries with taxes up to 65%, pple pay with out complaining, kubanga their governments zateleza system, ebintu ebitwala sente in Ug and abinji nyo, after this heavy taxes one must pay for security, toilet, high fuel, abonarmal tuition structure, medical bill are in manageable, !! If the government looks at higher taxes it must make sure that the little one makes from their businesses has value!!! Am not against your point I respect it!!the values of Ugandans are not represented!!! Me as one I follow this but am disappointed!! And I knew it that Mr President lied to traders that he didn’t know about it, nothing can be done in uganda with out him knowing!!! , let’s be real

The traders should just remind the government to fight corruption and wasteful Expenditures. Because of no such will. Govt finds ways of raising money. If not , more taxes are coming to wanainchi.
