This is really cool! I recently got a Mirage in excellent condition with loads of floppies, but I found the editing to be a bit cumbersome, so this tool is perfect.
Snap! Great timing. I just got my Mirage rack up and running. Few pieces of gear fascinate me like the Mirage (and to a slightly lesser extent, the EPS/EPS 16+). Ensoniq samplers were the deepest and most hack-able samplers ever made. I can't wait to try this out. Thank you!
Wavsyn can perform audio processing of samples and create files and disk images usable in Sound Process. I probably won't do an editor (I also think SPVE is still runnable on some Macs). I am still working on Wavsyn and I also have to repair my Mirage before I can move forward on anything.
@@ErichIzdepski I'm kinda stuck. I've just been searching and I have no idea where my floppy disks have gone, so it seems i'm stuck with a silent keyboard. It still powers up fine and it worked perfect the last time i used it maybe 8 years ago
No. I edit the sounds using sysex. In another part of the app I load new sounds into a floppy disk template that includes the Mirage OS and then make a floppy or hfe.
