Actually the P26 was developed/produced years after the M4 Sherman, the Italian armored vehicle production was very behind the Allies. But they had some amazing planes and ships

They also categorized their tanks to their own detriment, tankettes where classed as light tanks, light tanks where classed as medium tanks and medium tanks where classed as heavy armor yes the italians classed the P26 as a heavy tank eventough its comparable to an Pzkfw-IV and sherman

yeah also italian tanks were not designed to deal with enemy tanks. irl every tank was equipped with just 1/5 of ammos as AP for kind of self defense, but the vast majority of them were only HE. Enemy tanks were intended to be destroyed by arty, and At guns first, then also by the Semoventes since thet did that quite well in north africa... but for some reason none of the actually italian divisions have the semoventes XD... that's just for germany

Given the unrealistic volume of king tigers available to certain divisions, I feel like Eugen could probably throw some of the Italian decks a bone and increase the availability of P26s to allow them at least a token counter to enemy light tanks...

BTw nice seeing AS42, they have a lot of jerry cans and strange shape because they are born as a desert fighting vehicle, so a ton of jerry cans needed for water and fuel to jump between oasis in north africa and low profile even tho being huge to not be a very visible target in the flat desert Kinda strange to see them fighting in europe as italy did not really use them in europe but i guess they fit in the roster so i won't complain

The help from the other players really helped your division by filling the gaps in what your division lacks.

Love the content. I have never seen borgvards work against enemy players, or even AI except the case where they are brought in A phase as the first unit into a town that the owner is actively planning to refuse rather than capture, stuffing it behind a building a detonating it for minor gains. It seems far more common that they get shot while near their own forces and inflict friendly fire losses. I feel like they need an evasion stat or some kind of buff that prevents them from being instantly 1 shot by so many at units. Given their size and profile, I would expect them to be harder to hit. Either way though, watching your poor "tanks" get splattered by friendly fire was hilarious.

Shame as I think the DLC is overpriced! But still need to upgrade GPU so meh. Next xmas maybe😂 P s Will still watch some Vulcan 3x3 etc which are my favourite👍

why didnt you have more arty that and air is the strong points of this divison, use arty for enemy anti air so you can actualy use air cuz its one of the only things to stop med tanks. also i would have used all thos p40s at the start to deal with those m5s

The p26/40 is to weak then the reality the frontal armor is a copy ot the russian t34 is sloped and reach the 100 mm if angled i know that the other italian tank are bad but also the m14 can fight with any light tank but right now in the game they cant 😭

i think the game did some wrongs on the armor of many tanks, like the wolverine, is just 25 mm thick, but it bounces alot of shots that should not and is like more a 70mm thick

The division have a lack of a lot good italian armor , like bunch of Semovente version , for no reason

@@barboneborbonico6589 its an alpini division they lack alot of the heavier armor due to being mountain division.

@@barboneborbonico6589 also a thing to remember that this is also an alpino division post the surrender of italy (this being the pro german conclave of italy force) they lacked practically all forms of equipment due to the fact more then half the country was aligned to the allies at this point.

@@Zretgul_timerunner most of the Italian industry was located in the German controlled north of italy, they were missing half the country but only a small part of the industry.
