Entering UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS (Judgment VS Discernment) 

"I do not consent" is absolutely a powerful mantra. I had been struggling with thoughts that weren't mine, almost as if these thoughts were placed there by a negative entity. My thoughts and mental diet are generally positive, but there is one specific topic that these thoughts would present themselves (a topic that you helped me with during our energy healing recently, Sarah). My mental diet is such that now that these thoughts are almost non-existent, and if they do creep in, I immediately rebuke them as not being my natural thoughts/beliefs/truth. "I do not consent" will absolutely be a part of my daily mantras/affirmations going forward. I am so grateful for your help and work, Sarah. It has only been about a month and a half since our healing session, and the amount of joy I feel just going about my daily routine has been unbelievable! My unconditional self-love has increased to a level of wholeness that I didn't think was possible, and I feel as though I wake up "renewed" every single day. I will continue to update you, Sarah. I deeply appreciate all that you do!

This is the only channel I will punch the like button before I even listen, so I don't forget. You always seem to be in line with my base intuition. I just learned about a local cult that uses corporal punishment for all followers to keep them in line. Evidently, they don't believe in free will and the power of persuasion. I feel so sorry for those people, especially the children. Thank you for your very clear way of conveying these important and universal concepts. I am a discerning individual however, and I always have the power to take my like back. I don't anticipate that ever happening with you though.

15:47 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAYING THIS! Children do not and never have been able to have the power of adults nor consent to adult activities. This doesn't mean that children should be treated like property (please do not miss the point!) because they are STILL individuals and should be respected as individuals (they have their own autonomy!). However, until they reach an age of maturity, it is our duty, as adults, to protect and nurture them. High, high, high emphasis on PROTECT and OUR. Each child in this world is our own and there are so many who miss this point of existence (along with many, many others). Children deserve healthy love, respect and protection!

My spiritual life has been such a "roller coaster ride." I have had times of complete contentment and bliss followed by dark existential crisis only a year later. It is quite a process. Often I see in others what I despised in my latest version of myself. This is where I find discernment and judgement collide strongest. We must allow others to walk their own path and if we are as blessed as Sarah, we can perhaps help them see a way to evolve.

Hearing spiritual values that include noncoercion is so refreshing!!! Honoring beings where they are and being unwavering in compassion with those who might be deemed by some as the worst among us is precious! I have seen so many times where I have been a monster, and yet I have escaped such a role. I must never forget that all without exception are not separate from my mind stream and to liberate self is exactly liberating all selves in all times.

That's the Mystery School's approach. Learning and teaching on eye level. Teacher and student at the same time. I appreciate the fact of how you are speaking relatively slowly. Thank you Sarah for saying what said about children. They do not have consent. Many of them are just going through a phase. Protecting children is super spiritual. They come straight from the unconditioned consciousness, the crystalline sea we all come from. Thank you for that.

As usual this deeply resonates.....I've tried to explain the difference between judgment and discernment and the way judgment was described as the immature version of discernment......so perfect! And it really does happen over and over and over....lessons to learn the difference and get out of judgment, which is a journey.......so worth it though!!! Thank you so much for your teachings!!! Dude I literally drive myself crazy all day sometimes because I know inside im using discernment but the stuff that comes out of my mouth sounds like I'm judging but at the same time I know the truth and I speak it and people get upset, I've already accepted that part of it, but everything you're saying is so spot on, I'm grateful for your videos because sometimes I think I've gone mad and I don't expect people to see things the way I do but it's so challenging.

this is really interesting, i am in the stage of rejecting most of my past network, as respectfully and gently as i can. its hard, i had to get away for a few years to let the that judgement, both mine and theirs, chill down. it’s funny, i love the general mass of humanity way more than i used to, but my familiars are difficult to take. looking at people with a more discerning eye these days, i am amazed how differently i see my relationships. I do not consent to much of the modern world, when i am told by my friends I have to consent to be accepted by them, its painful, but i try to think about this situation “thanks for the teaching”.

This is exactly what I needed to hear right now. I dislike feeling like I’m judging people, but where I live in Florida, there is a lot of white supremacy and that gets me worked up. And the subgroup supremacy is happening more and more every day. You are spot on there. It hurts my heart.

This is fantastic. The first video Ive seen that supports what I believe. There is misunderstanding in the ascension community about oneness that is dangerous in the sense that it allows low frequencies and darkness to enter and create chaos as it dictates equality in inequality.

Sarah, a key thing that you mentioned is that , "If our freewill is violated". We may act like kindergarteners fighting in the sandbox, but an outcome must not be forced upon us from without.

"I do not consent," thank you!! I think I was heading that way, but help getting there is always needed. Yes, I agree with the child notion. I think it should be extended to when the brain is fully developed. Most people mature at different points in their lives, if at all.

What I am experience is that I am being guided to have a “don’t care” attitude and not to care what others think about me. It’s about not worrying if others’ are judging me, not me judging them. Flip it. Don’t buy into people pleasing.

The even more interesting part of judgment is learning to not judge the once that judge others. 😉 love that part of our awakening. Like I say to others about things we don’t like learning. Some isn’t so fun to accept as other things. ☺️

This is an excellent video Sarah, very important to understand this. The difference between judging and discerning. At the core Judgment is the perception of reality from the lenses of better and worse, right and wrong, good and bad, negative and positive. Discernment is the perception of reality as it is without lenses, this requires acceptance and letting go.

This is a tuff one..I catch my self judging all the time. I have to talk my self through why i do it and were i got my limited believes. I think you are one of the most evolved beings ..

It is so nice to hear someone speak about it. People very often confuse discernment with judgement. When I am talking about something as it is, some folks right away assume that I am judging it. This gets especially twisted when it comes to discerning the shadow aspects. For example the energy that is responsible for sexual betrayal or abuse. I am fully open to healing that energy within me, but someone who is not ready to address it, will think that I am judging their ways of being; those which permit sexual promiscuity. I am healing that in relation to men. They can do as they please, but I do not want men with those energies around me.

Great summation and oration of this Element and topic. I Am grateful and humble with this teach/learn learn/teach. The Oneness of the One. The depth and breadth in potentialities is; coming into alignment with heightening our consciousness discerning the path of unity consciousness. Understanding virtue, Truth, laws and love. Some are further, closer, or not so much though, we are on a Continuum together with a vast swing. Excess is deeply entrenched in materiality yet during our incarnate state, this is still not separation. We have choices, free will . I love you kids as my own, know this. Everything is happening at the same "time" and "place", the 3D illusion gives the illusion of time and a place. If that's true then with SO many souls capable of seeing everything at once, it only stands to reason that we would have to be all one consciousness connected, sharing each others lives, joys, fears, and foibles. It is one thing to be a part of the One, it is another thing to KNOW that you are, and that you are eternal. In this dimension I'm unable to show enough gratitude for being and knowing. I mean c'mon, I'm a glorified primate that has evolved into a being that can carry Source light into the LOWEST of dimensions, AND not only survive it, conquer it. In this dimension I'm a handful and not to be toyed with, but in actuality I'm all-powerful as well as everything that has always been, as are YOU. The strength we have shown here pales in comparison to what we are, which is The I AM, Creator gods in our own right and forever connected to the One Creator. It don't get any better than that kids. Be thrilled. Of ALL of the gifts we were and will ever be given, being, and being aware of our being, and of being an eternal multidimensional being of Love and Light, is the greatest. We made it kids, I'm so proud of you for all you have achieved here. Careful not to focus on any "detail" of any stumbling or shortcomings you feel you may have committed here either, I don't care what it is, look at the big picture which is that We held the Light. And with the aid of our on and off-planet brothers and sisters, we're gonna spin with Momma Gaia into a Heaven on Earth, as Creator had demanded Be. This is an event unlike any in this Universe and rare in the others. And so it is. Namaste brothers and sisters, the Love of the Creator to you All. Out thoughts, emotions and actions should be the reflexion of light in the matter world, if we don't get there, we experience the shadow in all shapes and forms and we put names on it, which in fact, it comes from the same one source.

Always on point! Do you feel that our modern world is "too" fragmented? That there are too many illusions of choice? Do any of you have feelings on this idea? Does anyone feel that this causes people to pick the ego that matches how they feel or aspire to instead of exploring who they are as a being? I spent so many years thinking "this feels wrong." Over and over again. To the point where I realized that I was BORN awake. In my life so far, I've run the gamut of 'trying on' other ways of being, but my core being breaks through that ego every time. Even when I covered it up and hid myself, the feelings of dread, despair and chaos that rose up in me when I tried to be someone I'm not almost overwhelmed me. In my shadow work, I found myself. I found myself at a point in life where I moved from discernment into judgment (since this is the space that the majority of people reside) and it just never connected. But it brought me to a breaking point where judgment simply became an unhelpful way to navigate life and opposed to who I used to be. I think this was at the same point that my ego just started to melt away and I became overfilled with gratitude at the people who were still by my side and had enough 'discernment' to see who I was through my ego. And while I see them working through their own egos, I see them walking the path and know we'll get there together. My ego was absolutely a trickster and to some extent that energy is still very much a part of my being, but with a desire to provide little (and innocent) counterpoints that really challenge people to perceive themselves differently and see the REAL them inside. And to pass no judgment on them along the way. I hope you are all well

Just marvellous, thank you. When I learned discernment, I walked out of judgemental religion. And every day since I have to discern, am I using judgement? Such a process of learning.

Further complicating things, the beings that are less advanced, are not even operating with a differentiated ego. They are fused with one another - codependent. Which FEELS like oneness … but it’s an undifferentiated, “samesies”, “fused” oneness.

This is where it’s at… know thyself and TRUTH🙌🫠🧚‍♀️❤️
