I don't approve of the idea at all. It is just obvious that they did it to incorporate aircraft carries into the game. When Stukas appeared in the Mediterranean and Dauntlesses appeared in the North Sea and South Pacific, daylight naval battles stopped happening. All it is in World of Warships is a game mechanic.

I couldn't say. I know the Stukas wrecked ABC Cunningham's fleet in a few months in 1941. On the other side of the world, as one writer described it, the operational strategy of the Japanese navy from August of 1942 to January of 1943, during the Guadalcanal campaign, was essentially defined by the bombing range of Dauntless dive bombers flying out of Henderson Field. Every ship that sailed to Guadalcanal had to approach at night and leave before daylight or risk being hit by dive bombers. And every Japanese force that fell short in this maneuver lost ships.

Because Japanese Carriers are more superior than US Carriers.
