i love vintage Chanel bags! i wish i held on to my square mini... i was scared of the lambskin then but now I am not. I only have the classic small flap in bag that I bought from a Japanese reseller on ebay. i agree Japan has so many authentic luxurious bags. i should have bought at least one there before. i plan to go back one day and for sure i will get a Chanel bag there...

Yes, as far as ordering online typically if duties aren’t paid before then the shipping carrier (usually DHL) will email you about payment before delivering the item - it’s calculated at a certain percentage (I can’t remember exactly but like 10-15%) . I don’t get hit with customs 100% of the time but usually on expensive items it will, and you always have to be prepared for it.

I have been buying preloved bags and I have been hearing many horror stories about receiving fake bags. It just dawned to me that is buying vintage like Chanel will be safer since there were less fake bags in the past? The lower price is definitely a bonus! Please let me know your thoughts.
