so you are on a limited budget, if you can get a ryzen 5 2600 / any ryzen chip you will be getting a better value a 1050 and i7 are enough to record mc videos, but not the highest quality. The 1050 is a bit underpowered. I would go for and RX 570 or if you have the budget RX 580/590 if you are buying new parts, I highly recommend going AMD > Intel / Nvidia since the parts are cheaper and perform great
