@@dr.g3860. Only if the person dealing with you lets you walk on them. I work in retail and won’t hesitate to trespass you for acting up. I don’t and won’t put up with it
He paid for a ticket to be on a train, not to be a narcissist asshole in public. His behavior is evidence of how he treated the other passengers before the cops arrived.
@@narata1541who do you mean when you say "everyone" ? The wagon was completely empty, the only two idiots there were the two that check tickets. Hope they get fired.
I agree, but if he was hearing music, and was asked to turn it down and did so and was still thrown out its not ok. But if he called him names its justified.
@@Lion_Hamza Dude, if he didn't listen to the cops, there's zero chance he actually turned his music down when they told him to. He still thinks he didn't need to.
It's all about perception and policy.. Thinking for the conductor, even so, I think small things like these incidences are too frequently blown out of proportion. Add to the situation that the young man was in my opinion upset for a good reason. Now as for the police, they could easily have mediated for both parties. Clear signage prohibiting eating, drinking, gang patches and boom boxes are also standard here
Across the globe, white people are a small minority...every other skin color is more common. But apparently we're the problem? Get over yourself and take responsibility for your own actions
@LarsLarsen77 not true. Airplanes, Public Libraries as well as trains & buses are public yet if you cause a disturbance you lawfully can be instructed to leave.
Public Transportation vehicles are considered a nonpublic forum, governed by the same rules as airports. Public Transit authorities can't arbitrarily make up rules on the spot, but they absolutely can enforce pre-established rules including disruptive behavior rules.
or hes mad at the fact they asking him to leave for no reason without getting a refund? and the cops came off so aggressive didnt even wanna hear his side of the story everyone in this fucking comment section is smoking crack
“You guys are white, you don’t understand.” You’re right. We don’t understand what it would feel like to go through life being COMPLETE a-hole narcissists while thinking norms, standards and laws don’t apply to us. You’re right. We don’t understand.
The arrogance of this young man is ridiculous. He thinks he should be able to do whatever he wants to do and if other people don't like it, too bad. No one else matters. Doesn't feel he should be held accountable for his actions. And he's a lifelong victim.
Disciplined as a child but when he hit adolescence and started hanging out with other adolescent, fatherless males he became uncontrollable by her. Tough, stable women can do it. Involved uncles and grandfathers can really help. However, generally, you need fathers. But you need good fathers. Not ‘baby daddies’.
@@fainitesbarley2245 Not necessarily. I have friend husband died when children were quite young. They grew up without any male discipline. All 3 grew up wonderfull adults, always polite, all went to university. Their mother worked full time as a school teacher. She’s an amazing woman now with beautiful grandchildren.
what r u talking about bro the cops was in the wrong big time. on top of that u tellin me if u paid for a ticket and got told to get off without a refund u gon do that? u smoking sum bro
and they asked him to leave, he started to leave asked for his bag back they said no then asked for id. if its sum simple of asking someone to leave somewhere they dont need a id. they was straight up keeping him there to arrest him. and they came off mad fucking aggressive from the start and shit i didnt hear no music playing so what does that mean? he turned it off. swear yo yall sum retards on my un born child
SOOO sick of the race card. So old and worn out. Nobody else wants to be forced to listen to your music. Wear your ear buds. Everyone has something going on. Leave other people alone.
He admitted that he has brass knuckles at home. I grew up in a super quiet little suburb, and one of the kids I grew up with somehow ended up in a fight with an outsider at a party in high school. That outsider had brass knuckles, and that piece of fighting equipment did so much damage to the poor boy’s groin that he literally died of blood loss. This is an absolutely true story.
@@anti-ethniccleansing465That is so sad. I hate to say young people, like it’s all on them, but a lot of young people feel they can behave in horrible ways and they still feel they’re in the right. Also, what color your skin is has absolutely nothing to do with taking responsibility for your own actions.
@@ViKee010 Oh yeah… The perpetrator definitely felt like he was in the right as well. The worst part is that he only got sentenced to 4 years in prison for the murder. He ended the life of a 16-year-old that was just about to begin 11th grade, and only got sentenced to serve four years! I don’t even know if he got out early for good behavior on top of that. Our justice system is so messed up.
IKR! I thought he was about to bust out laughing in the cops faces when they were out on the platform. He must know he was being ridiculous and knew better and stopped after the train left the station 🚉 when it was too late....what a loser.
Never! They think they are already grown. That’s the problem. Had “friends” for parents and now he’s the public’s issue. Taxpayers will support him for the rest of his life.
Ride train or trolley twice a day for decades. Last approx 5 yrs this type of activity continuously occurs over and over. Guaranteed he did not turn down his music after told first time! Law abiding citizens know better! Waste of time arguing with this spoiled punk!
“He told me to turn it down and I turned it down!” Are you sure you didn’t scream abuse, refuse to turn it down, and then only finally do so when you saw the cops coming? I’m sorry to doubt your account, but you’ve given me numerous reasons to do so in only a few minutes.
Yah, I love when people demonstrate their irate, irrational, belligerent behavior then claim they were being "super cool". The kid didn't listen to the police, resisted every lawful command they gave him, but he was totally compliant with the train conductor. Sure kid.
I’ve been on a train with people like him. If you ask to turn down the music they turn it up and get irrrate. Better to move further away from the animals.
Many times the arrest is merely a means to get the individual out of there by force if necessary. Like Obstruction it is often charged but hardly ever prosecuted
My two year old daughter has more emotional control then this guy, and she just cried for 5 minutes because I wouldn't let her try to chew on the cats tail.
Exactly the type of dude who sits on the subway in NYC playing his music out loud. People who have nothing going on in their lives use that as a chance to impose on other people. And if you dare say something they'll assault you.
I had two older ladies sitting in the silent zone on a train. They were talking and talking and were informed by another passenger this was a silent zone. Then they shut up. When they were getting off the train out of the silent zone they said in a mocking tone “now we can speak again!! Well we knew it was a silent zone, yeah, we’re not idiots!” And then they laughed, and was dead wrong about the last statement. If you need to constantly blabber, there is ALL the rest of the train! 🤦♀️
Quiet cars on the Metra trains are awesome. Best time during the rush hour period time. I remember back in the middle 2000s people would fight you over that quiet cars and I look back at it and realize why I like the quiet cars more since I'm in my middle 30s.
When you pay your fare to ride the transit system but abuse the priviledge by being a nuisance to other passengers or crew then you can expect to spend time behind bars.
He has a valid point, if he's the only passenger and the employee leaves the car, there shouldn't be any problem. But the way to handle bad customer service is to leave and never give them your business again.
A black person playing music loud in public who is angry at everything and thinks being loud makes him right all while making everything a race issue? Oh how unique, never seen that before.
why do these idiots always argue with the police, you are never going to win the argument your just gonna end up in cuffs, do your best to perform you right to be silent and follow their directions and save what little dignity you possess and go about your business. be a man for once in your life.
17:30 all he wants to hear is * poor you, you have it so bad. Even though your own people made it bad we should feel sorry for you because you’re the only one that has it so rough.
I used to ride that train every day. Dude just needed to turn down his music or wear earphones. You aren't in your house or your car so why should you get to blare your music?
There was only one other person on the car and he didn’t care. Only the conductor was bothered. By the time the police got there he was not playing music. Problem solved. There was no need to kick him off at that point.
@@warren8601True but maybe the others already left because of the music and with him playing music loudly very likely no new passenger will sit in that cart either. It’s just disturbing the peace and not obeying the rules the train operator has put in place. You want music, headphones.
If only there was some sort of invention that you could buy for $10 at Walmart that would allow you to listen to your music without disturbing everybody else.
@@codysnecktattoo3340 my solution has become to search up ‘10 hour high pitch noise on repeat’ and play that. It doesn’t really obscure their music but, especially as I get older and my ability to hear such high pitched noises decreases, and since most people that engage in this behaviour are under 30, it affects them a lot more than it affects me.
I dont know why but the fact he's wearing a Michael Scott shirt makes it way funnier. And when he said the cop was a minority too, I wish the cop had replied "yeah you should use me as an example of where better life choices can take you"
The University of Welfare needs to update its Law program because these people start quoting and believing their own laws and not following the actual laws that are on the books. Go figure..
All public transit posts "NO MUSIC PLAYING", not "NO REALLY LOUD MUSIC PLAYING". This jackass evidently thought it didn't apply to him and "my music" because he paid a fare to ride, as did everyone else he was annoying. Maybe he learned something, but probably not.
I love the quiet cars on the Metra and Amtrak Hiawatha Service when I go to Milwaukee. I remember I told this dude and his girlfriend could they go to another car when I was coming back from Milwaukee because it said quiet car and I just told the Amtrak worker so we don't get into no altercation with each other.
Brother, there's this great invention called earphones....... Just like with a driver's license, riding on public transportation including planes is a privilege not a right! You have still have to obey rules, like EVERYONE else!
It never ceases to amaze me how Hess people address the police with utter hostility and disrespect. Everything in theory lives is all about themselves. It’s like they’re incapable of empathy or social awareness.
Yep. Having taken that train for a number of years, usually the conductor will come over and speak to you first. If they called the cops, he didn't just turn down the music but probably had the same yelling crappy attitude. And dude no one wants to hear your music. Play it in your car or have earphones, that cost $9.
"If I repeat that I bought a ticket to go home louder and louder and louder and get belligerent with the cops and talk over everyone, I will get my way!" GROW UP, DUDE!
The guy in the beanie says he doesn't care what the conductor is dealing with in the conductors life, but expects the conductor to care about what beanie guy is dealing with. This is the cause of a lot of problems; people not caring about others but expecting others to care about them.
I am not religious per se, but there was this one phrase I heard in my past, it went something like: "Do unto others as you would have done unto you". Kind of appropriate! 😍
Heard a lot of things like that in these videos. People acting insanely disrespectful against everyone, but get offended by everything. People who scream "Ya'll don't care about me!" but if the cop asked "Do you care about me though?" they'd tell them to go F themselves. They really think they're the main character of the universe
Notice that even when the handcuffs came out he still made no attempt to get off the train. He NEVER thought staying on the train and making it to Chicago (another 44 minutes) was off the table until they took him off. Unbelievable stupidity.
He ain't black how do you know he's black You're being racial and racist❤ he could be Latin Puerto Rican Spanish Dominican but you calling black his skin is a black so let's stop assuming he's black you probably a white guy but your skin isn't white let's stop this you probably pink pale or peach colored so let's get it straight let's stop assuming these races
Those who blame things on race as their first reaction, are the ones keeping racism alive. Race had zero to do with this situation. His ignorant attitude is what caused this ENTIRE situation.
Sometimes I wish I had the confidence to yell at law enforcement over something I’m dead wrong about. But I like staying out of trouble and I hate yelling.
Failure to obey the lawful order to leave the train is called Obstruction - an arrestable offense. Trespass & subesquent arrest were more than warranted. Thank you Officers for removing this unruly passenger & hauling him off to jail where he belongs.
