@@suNRze 😂 Reminds me of the show Cops, where a cop arrested a young man who kept calling him "Poppy".😅😅😅 Yes Poppy OK Poppy The cop was getting angrier and angrier "Call me Poppy again!!!" Hadn't thought of that for a long time.😂
The pigs are laughing feeling better that they ruined this young beautiful woman's life by placing her under arrest and causing her to lose over$15,000!
@@abelis644 The more I think about it, the worse it gets. It truly is becoming Idiocracy! They'll be voting to water the crops with energy drinks soon.
The big problem is that these kids think it's cool to be arrested for drunk driving; they get their 15 seconds of fame on social media, and earn bragging rights to how badass they are. They never think of the consequences to their stupid decisions.
Why would the officers allow her friends next to her after she was arrested? They should have ordered them to move back. They had no control of the situation
Definitely she should have been separated from them from the time the initial investigation occurred until she was placed into the cruiser. That's awful lack of control by the officers. It's also infuriating to hear her friends call the cops out for not having anything better to do after she had admitted to drinking and driving and hit another car. Thankfully no one was injured.
My senior year high school band teacher was hired despite the four DUIs on his record, along with his car breathalyzer. He only stayed a year and ended up hooking up with the drum major on multiple occasions. He got put on the SO registry for a decade but faced no prison time. So who knows, maybe she'll keep her job.
I was in band and drum corps in the 80s and it was common to see band directors hooking up with students. My HS band director's wife was his former student and she was probably 22 when I knew her. If the director you are talking about was reported for misconduct to groups like MAASIN and WGI or any of the marching band circuits, it will be harder for them to just go somewhere else to get a job. But they still manage to slip by.
@@rationallyruby Sadly, yes, I am serious. And that's just one example. A few years ago I had to meet with the mayor of my town. When I mentioned high school and that I was in band, he asked who the director was, and when I told him, he was like "oh, wasn't he the guy that married one of his students?" It was widely known, and nobody (adults) really seemed to care. For the record, my mayor is also a scumbag (lol), and I would rather have talked about anything else in the world except for *that*. But that's the crappy environment I grew up in.
Honestly seen so many of these videos I’m afraid to leave my home most days. What stood out about your video was the end reminding viewers that Uber can save lives
She ain’t that pretty ffs…& wow, she is dumb AF…but what IS sad is that the courts are truly WAYYY to lenient on drunk drivers REGARDLESS!! Most states are so lenient that it’s barely a deterrent getting caught 🙄😡
And her BF is certainly on her level… neither have a brain cell between them & if they stay together…they should be BANNED from procreating…this world doesn’t need any more stupidity in it…
You'd be surprised. My senior year band teacher got hired despite his past 4 DUIs and car breathalyzer. He ended up having sex with a student and was put on the sex offender registry for a decade. No prison time tho.
@@onionbubs386Before coming to our school, our band teacher had sex with a student, did two years and married the student after he got out. They moved across state lines and they were *both* hired as Band Director and Assistant Band Director. *Everybody knew* about how they got together and I still can't believe the school allowed it. This was back in 1999.
@@annjepsen1621Wow. That’s crazy. My freshman year, our band director spent almost every single morning out in his truck drinking w the school principal 🤦🏼♀️ Everyone knew it but when the person in charge of the school is out there WITH him, not much was done. Till the end of the year, BOTH of them were finally fired. Then they brought in a fresh out of college band director who flirted BIG time w all the girls in band. Even though he was married, and had a child & both his wife and child were up there all the time helping out w the band. 🤦🏼♀️. They’re divorced now and he teaches at a larger city, though last I had heard his wife & child were still here 🤷🏼♀️
Always tear those bright paper bracelets of your wrist when you leave a bar. Wearing one of those while you're driving is a telltale sign that you've probably had a few drinks.
True, but crashing your car is also a pretty strong sign. You pretty much guarantee they will scrutinize you closely in that case, and they will definitely arrest you for any sign of intoxication, even if they might have let you go in a normal stop, since you have already given the clearest indication that you aren't safe to drive by wrecking your car.
I’ll say this, she starts off deserving respect for not lying or deflecting, but being honest doesn’t inherently dismiss a person’s consequences! I feel secondhand embarrassment watching her start off being a decent person with her admitting to her own faults, just for her to fold into a whiney, childish mess once she realizes that’s not gonna be enough to avoid her arrest! -_-
@@bakerinthehouse5346 I’m somewhat impressed some ppl still think that’s all it takes to completely get by in life! I mean it’s a functional advantage at the least but it’s as weak as it is shallow at the end!
It's a parenting issue. "Now honey, if you tell mommy and daddy the truth, you're not going to be in trouble. We just want you to be honest with us. As long as you tell the truth, everything is going to be okay."
@@TheCharleseye xD This must be evidence of how the timeout corner doesn't do sh*t for kids' development, then! Seems truly decent folk get raised under the impression of what a belt whoopin' and a bar of soap can do when you deserved it!
@@Danny-yw5jx Hell, even a timeout corner is better than what's been going on lately. At least it's a consequence. The current trend is "positive reinforcement, only," which only leads to these kids growing into adults who have total meltdowns when they finally have to face an actual consequence for their actions. It's insane!
And the benefit to them or society for not cooperating is …? What? If u think it’s better to be arrested for obstruction (failure to cooperate and answer questions) than dui, u are mistaken.
@@IAmALawyerToo Not speaking to the police is not obstruction!!! You obey their commands, give your name, ID, insurance, licence etc and that's it. You don't volunteer anything. ESPECIALLY if you're innocent, you let your lawyer deal with them.
@@abelis644 no! U let lawyer deal with the charges and they do that by communicating with prosecutors and judges! Lawyers don’t deal with the police - which is why you do not have a right to a lawyer at the time of an arrest relative to a traffic stop and dui chemical tests. When ur license is issued, you agree to cooperate and answer those questions! And, when u don’t, your license is automatically suspended - period! Until MW is given, your compliance is required. And, unlike tv & movies, MWings are not relevant/necessary to every arrest! MW is only necessary when obtaining information that investigators otherwise do not have by way of field &/or chemical tests, inventory of the auto, etc. The law re traffic stops is unique to traffic stops based on exigent and mobile nature of same.
3:00 So, by her dumb logic: 2 shots and a drink wait 30 minutes (not a few hours), and you can drive sober? Ok, if she can't do that calculation and see how that it is bad, she shouldn't be teaching anyone anything at this time lmao
Let's hope there is a background check before she applies for her teaching license. There is a question for a nursing license application and renewal about arrests and DWI. Hopefully teaching has the same standards.
Three drinks in an hour? Damn, she was throwing those things back. The fact that she's standing and somewhat coherent tells me she's in the habit of drinking pretty heavily, she's got some tolerance.
I, for one, appreciate that alcohol often makes people feel compelled to overshare. The downside is that it makes people feel more capable than they are. The best way to not get busted for DUI is to simply not drive if you've been drinking. It's really not hard, either. I'm busy not driving after drinking, right now.
1:21 She maybe would of seen it coming and not cause an accident if she didn't have, ya know, the 2 shots and the drink, or at least waited a few hours for them drinks to to pass through you.
@abelis644 The fact you understood means you by connecting the dots means it meant something enough for you to figure it out. You then proceed to want to be a grammer nerd and want to tell me something no one cares about on the internet.
I have never hired a teacher that had a DUI in their past. She might as well change professions. Her record is like the internet. Forever. Who would want this fool for a teacher?
This won't really won't hurt her chances of being a teacher since she's still a student, and there's such a shortage of teachers. If she were already a teacher, then there's a higher chance of it hurting her career.
It will certainly hurt her chances of being a teacher. On her application and interview they will certainly ask if she has ever been convicted of anything, to which she will have to say yes which puts her application to the bottom of the pile.
@@snoozeflu Wanna bet? I'm sure she'll be teaching within the first year of graduating. There is not a state in America that doesn't need more teachers.
I'm not from the US, but I'm sure no school would be that stupid to hire someone who has had a DUI and acted like this. Students and parents will find out and they will be extremely likely to complain @@TheMityquin
@@TinyLittleSilver When it comes down to hiring no teacher, or a teacher who had a DWI while in college, they'll tend to overlook the DWI. There is such a shortage of teachers, even if she somehow doesn't get a job in one school district, another district will hire her. Maybe a private school that pays better could be more choosy. It's sad, but true. Google Ted Kennedy. He was a Senator who drove drunk and missed a bridge, thereby ending a woman sleeping in his back seat. He remained a Senator until eventually retiring decades later. We deserve better, but this is what we get. Our Dept of Education is run by liberals so unless she ended a student bc of her DWI, she's golden. Her charge might not even end up being so serious by the time her attorney does his job, especially if this is her first offense. He might even argue that she's going to be a teacher and this could hurt her chances. Then he'll remind them of the shortage of teachers. At most, she'll plead down to a lessor charge. BTW, have you seen the reports of crime in out country? Judges are letting everyone go.
I know someone who was on the phone with his newly wife as she was driving home from south FL and he had to listen to her screaming I'm going to die and phone goes dead. That broke that man he's never been the same. In a time when you can call for a car to take you home for less that a drink at the bar your getting shit faced drunk and think it's okay to take a life because you decided to drink and drive.
I am an Uber driver and I drive entitled Princesses like this often, some are so entitled that they cant count to 4, the max allowed in an Uberx, they get angry, wag a $5 bill in my face to allow them to put 5, 6 or 7 in my car. I cant do! They can become quite obnoxious. I then get rated one star for not doing as they wished. (happens a lot) I drove a drunk "Indigenous" (used to be Native American) person last night. He was mentioning speed bumps even tho he was so drunk. I told him we will go slowly over them, no problem! There is always a cop sitting at the corner, He told me the cop was there because of Instagram. I agreed with him 100%. Am glad he didnt try to drive like that! Uber rides save lives!
You're wrong. 'To arrest is to detain, and that's all. Once he said I'm placing you under arrest for suspected drunk driving, is when she was officially arrested. To get pulled into the station is being processed.
Performed in a choir concert last night. Going home after there was a Police check for impaired driving. So the cop asks me if ive been drinking, i said no i just sang for 2hrs in a concert. He says "you are the 4th car to say that." So i stayed pleasant, explained there are 50 singers heading home, and then the audience. So i unzipped my coat to show him my concert outfit including a dumb scarf we wear. I said ask them to show this scarf! Then i handed him my big folder of music. I invited him and his family to the next concert in 2 days. He called to the other 2 cops, Yep the choir thing is real. Really weird stop!
The thing that engages me every friggin time I watch these videos is how differently cops treat men and women. I had an incident where my ex gf got mad at when I blew up her theory that I "don't do anything for her" by pointing out the medicine that I coughed up the money for her to get. So I booked it to the bathroom so that I wouldn't even be tempted to hit her back when she oh so predictably would start swinging at me. She whispered through the door in an evil voice "watch what I do now. I can play this game better than you". With that she went to go call the cops on me (for retreating from a fight she started with me I guess? 🤔). Apparently as she went down the stairs of my apartment building, she dragged her arm along the brick wall to give herself the lamest surface scratch in the history of fake "injuries". When the police came, he had me get into the back seat of his cop car to question me. At one point he instructed me to exit the vehicle when he realized that he didn't have anything to arrest me for (though you could tell he wanted to SO bad). He said to exit backwards with my arms behind me. It was quite a confusing command so when I tried my best to mimic what I thought he was asking me to do, he threw me back down into the car and punched me in the back where that sound came out my mouth as if he had just used my torso as a drum. All because I was just slightly confused by the confusing instruction. Then he yelled "that's for not following instructions properly!" Then he let me out of his car so I could return to my apartment. Now juxtapose that with the way these cops treated this utter c^nt. She nearly killed someone while driving drunk and he allows her to get in the FRONT seat after running her mouth in an insulting way calling him "fat". And all I did was I had the misfortune in my youth of not leaving an abusive girlfriend quickly enough. And got HIT for it. (To this day I dream of finding that cop off duty in Houston and beating the snot out of him. I'd gladly do my time like a man for that opportunity). That's the screwed up world we live in. Women are coddled like children while men get treated rudely, if not abused, by cops. So to the ladies that constantly cry "the patriarchy!" as if they're somehow "victimized" in this society.. you make me sick with your bs. And if you aren't on board with what I'm saying, allow the RU-vid algorithm to show you more videos of drunk obnoxious women getting arrested for doing something horrendous and watch how this pattern gets repeated over and over!
I've gotten addicted to Bodycam videos as well. Most DUI videos are boring though. The best ones are when they resist arrest and are belligerent. Of course, the entitled drunks are always entertaining as well.
Why did the police officers allow this arrest to become a Circus, place her butt into their patrol car and take her to jail, I’ve never seen anything like this, so out of control!
If she weren't abusing the word literally so badly, she wouldn't have seemed drunk at all to me based on how she's talking and moving. THat's a very particular kind of scary.
The board of education who approved the hire of this one needs to be looked at. They seem to be lacking qualification to allow this silly girl to be a kindergarten teacher. This nation needs to start getting it's crap together or fall.
