Entrance form for Turkey requirement is removed in June 2022

Turkish government has decided to remove the entrance form requirement when entering the republic of Turkey.
Government has previously removed all the restrictions such as PCR Test result, Certificate of vaccination and HES Code.
Just a reminder that you don't need to match Istanbulkart with Hes code anymore. The rule for merging istanbulkart with HES code is no longer required.

You don't need any test or form to enter Turkey. All restrictions are removed

hi, do you have any reference or statment from goverment side regarding to this statment about "no need to fill in Turkiye entrance form"? i am very confused to fill in that form, specially on the accomodation (hotel and phone) page, because i have only 9 hours for trip in the city centre due to long hours transfer in istanbul. Thank you for your help, i hope your channel is getting big.

There is unfortunately no official statement from the government. That’s why I personally called the Turkish Airlines, Sunexpress and Pegasus airlines to find out. They all confirmed that it’s not needed anymore. You can also see on their websites where they explain what is necessary. Entrance form is not necessary anymore.

Yes, correct. No hes code matching is needed. You can buy the card, and start to use it directly
