we talk about entrepreneurship and of course everyone wants to become the unicorn tomorrow Raise the Series A next week the Series B 3 months later and then you know this phenomenal exit The reality of it it's generally speaking a minimum of a seven-year game generally speaking For you when you went into this I think maybe knowing the family business you sort of understood the day in day out right Which is a real hustle a real grind And I think every baker is always fearful that no one will come back tomorrow That's a real fear I've learned with chefs and probably some bakers When you think about your approach did it ever bother you Was it ever in like the back of your head where you saw maybe some other companies just on paper Right Looking like all the success And here you are taking you know the tortoise versus the hare the tortoise approach What was that like It's just fear-based It's just like I can get totally into fear mode where it's like ah You know I'm not doing anything fast enough for second guessing yourself Oh I mean yeah it's I feel like it's maybe part of the the fuel for entrepreneurship It's like having a healthy dose of fear
