I have the Hamilton khaki 38mm as part of my 1 watch collection and i really like it, I've worn it pretty much every day for years and it's been absolutely bulletproof.
Get a Tissot. They are awesome watches. I’ve had the PRC 200 for over a decade and not one problem with it. The PRX Is also a nice model. Tissot has a bunch of different models for everyone’s tastes. Also they are inexpensive. I paid around $250 for the PRC 200. They are around $500 today but are still worth the price.
I’ve had a Tissot PRC 200 for over a decade and I love that watch. I wear it almost every day. I have a stainless Sub,an Omega but the Tissot is my favorite and back then I paid around $250 for it. If you are looking to buy a nice watch that will last you a long time but you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars I highly recommend Tissot watches. They feel so good on your wrist. I actually like how the Tissot fits better than my Sub does. They are great watches.
@@GunGuy258 i couldn't disagree more. If you want a luxury watch, start around 1000$. If not, get a casio. Casio or citizen outrank seiko in every capacity in my opinion. The quality/accuracy of watches with NH34/NH35 movements is just not something I deem fitting of wrist presence. I come from the position of if I'm wearing a mechanical watch, I want it to be accurate to +5/-5 seconds a day MAX. If I wanted to ball on a budget, theres so many casios to choose from, which are more durable in similar pricepoints to that of seiko watches. Seiko to me is also an unwearable name, can't stand it. Can't quite put my finger on why, but I'll never wear a grand seiko for this reason. I'd prefer if it just said "grand" on the dial, seiko makes it unbearable.
Very good video. I have a Tissot prx, a Glycine Combat Sub and a Glycine Combat GMT. You don’t have to spend big bucks to get “Swiss Made at the bottom of the dial.

Hello. I want to buy a bomberg brand watch. Is it a watch brand similar to Oris Rado Maurice Lacroix or a low segment brand like Tissot Hamilton Swatch?
I think it’s the complete opposite they offer watches for over 2000 with sw200-1 that arent COSC. Like the lower end Oris watches, but Alpinas quartz watches cost way too much
good video and like it that you explained swiss made, hint hint not all parts in a rolex are made in Switzerland nor are they hand made and the finishing….lol yeah they have two models with an open case back 😊…… not hating on rolex but pointing out luxury brands are also cutting costs but not necessarily passing it on to the customer…. kinda hating on rolex 😊
I think Rolex watches are seriously over priced but their quality is excellent. I think the over pricing is due to under supply artificially boosting prices and of course the really high resale market.
It was originally American, but the watches are Swiss made now. Same for Panerai, originally Italian. Even some not-Swiss microbrand (IE Officine Tecniche), choses to have its watches made in Switzerland, as a marketing leverage.
The standards of “Swiss made” watches actually seem pretty high for that size of a country, If they were 100% made in Switzerland they would probably produce just a fraction of the watches they make there now and they would probably be 2-3 times more expensive.
It's a more strict standard than the EU one for the "made in" (Italy, Germany, etc.), that only requires more than 50% of the added value to be generated in that country.
Does not make much sense bcz both hmt and dwc 99 percent of the time are out of stock and dwc does not even have their own movement yet and hmt is very hard to find even though they have great hand wound movement under the price range.

Swiss made stamp means $ht to me. Seiko is all in house movements, even their quartz crystals and their batteries. All automatic movement are made by Seiko. Even Casio n Many use miyota movement..... Swiss made is scam. I'm all Japan horology
