[Entry point]Stealth Guide #7 - Basic Luring 

Here’s some extra stuff about luring. • The Blacksite, if you tried to lure a guard from the wall on top of spawn cargo. They have chance to get stuck at the cargo container for NPC continuous attempt to reach places they can’t reach. • The more you “lure” the same NPC, the faster the detection meter fills up. Even after suspicious state goes away. This is hardly noticeable. • Firing a suppressed shot with a weapon nearby a NPC won’t fully alert them. However they will immediately react and face at the direction you fired. This is only ideal if you want to make NPC face at different directions without using dropped items or exposing yourself. • Soundtrack: GTA:Online - Doomsday Heist (CMH Heist Two)

Also, about the camera lure part: If you lure someone with a camera by suspicion meter, you can wait 4 minutes then lure someone by the same way with the same camera.

These guides are really helpful for new players since they might want to do something like luring but doesn't know how to.

Shout luring also exists but when I press F it doesn't usually shout

Why would a guard find a key card sus? They also carry it around with them. ( cish needs to fix this )
