Aderemi Raji-Oyelade as University of Ibadan orator presented by the University Media Centre, U.I. in an oration for Wole Soyinka. The entire series is titled "Enu dun ju'yo - mouth sweeter than salt" Enjoy it.
Prof Wole Soyinka is a literary giant whose works of art in almost, if not all genres are acclaimed across the globe. His wordsmithery is out of this world!
The orator was simply great in his delivery-- The panache and the brilliance provoked the nostalgia of our brilliant past days at the Nigerian universities.
Soyinka is simply a genius with rare gifting. His mastery is quite plural as seen in his evolution of a sub-genre of Literature, interlacing European-styled drama with rich African tradition.
Awesome, glad WS was celebrated whilst alive. Can any one pls tell me the name of the song towards the end of the clip? Is this a song from an album or something. Absolute melody
African MusicGenius Says who? That’s a subjective opinion at best...omitting the apostrophes can also be described as lazy. What matters is that it’s correct.
@@musical_lolu4811 Again, that’s a matter of opinion…I know enough to not need to ask anyone. Associating their use here with aesthetics demonstrates a lack of understanding.
