@SomtobenjaminSamson-xi2mz stop Speaking louder ,Owerri where government construct roads without walkways, look at the pattern of Enugu roads and compare it with that of Owerri. Enugu State government constructs modern roads and the roads are swept and kept clean. Look at the roads again and see ongoing works for maintenance which is absence in Owerri. Owerri is beautiful but not to compare Enugu. Enugu has standard on roas construction on their major roads
