“No feeling happier than- It could’ve been different but I made the right decisions” … a master grower that was exceptional in explaining, and a grateful attitude. Loved the feature
I love your video and your story. I'm in my third week as a cultivation tech at a medical marijuana grow facility. Other than having to get used to the warm grow rooms, I love my job!
One of the Nice's grow faculties I've seen yet on youtube.i totally agree with you i feel like I've been locked up in the body shop business for 33 yrs an the only time i feel at piece is when im in my grow room with the plants it don't matter if im cleaning or adding some new products or just sitting there admiring the plants its calming.keep up the good content.oh yeah im a newbie just got done with my second run.two 5x5s an a 2x4 getting ready to flip the 3rd run to flower in about 2 wks with 5 grease monkey clones from the last run.
Bro, those are absolutely beautiful! I've been clean for 3.5yrs and I love growing things. But it's a dream to someday work with someone like you to understand and learn how and why!
Wow, I know the same feeling, and you just know that you need to do something else and rise above your situation to become better and to find your purpose. Take care, amazing stuff.
I went through a lot of seeds and plants trying to figure out nutrition but I started doing it Yiur way and it’s perfect, Yiur good at what you do man and I appreciate it more then you know
Brother ! Gee man I'm so proud of u ! I'm down in alberta and thinking of how I can start up shop and do what u f doing ! Living the dream . U r a great inspiration and I wish I could come to Arizona and work 4 u to learn and study this fascinating plant . I just have to figure out what steps I have to take to make my dream job come true as well! Good 4 u man
Turkey bags are the small guys being washed out.. if you are not part of the yellow bin gang, you are behind the game three years and might not make the cut these days
I can dig it! The sense of purpose I get from my garden is very important. Keeps me going. Its freedom! People argue about what made us human. Im pretty sure gardening is in my DNA. 🖖
As a depressive person I’ve found that the rearing of these plants one of only a few things that takes my mind of the dark side. It’s a shame we can’t grow legally in uk. We’re still having to deal with gangsters and not knowing what’s in the bud.
What a cool guy he is and so smart about his work he is and will be so successful I would love to tour his warehouse to see how it works and all the machines they use them I have always wanted a business with automation more in the line of food grown inside with lights and water seems so cool but I'm way too old for that dream now.
You then will be amazed at hydroponic fodder systems. we need more farms making fodder instead of buying grain and using diesel to acquire it and then using more diesel to send it out to animals... fodder systems are far superior for farm animals and is done in seven days.
also you can tour warehouses like this in many states now.. just find a grower and most will give you a quick walkthrough, if you are professional about it.
I share the experience of the boss wanting me to quit cannabis and im the same way thats yoo much to ask when its a balance of my life too . I love growing its a passion that keeps growing . Making great relationships. Peace bro your awesome.
Nothing. Plants grow towards light. Having under lighting is backwards bro science. But by all means try it out.. I’ve done it myself a few different runs. Now side lighting can help with ppfd for an uneven canopy cuz its still above part of the canopy..
A common thing I see at all these grow facilities is large internodal spacing. This is caused not from lack of light but from water stress. They are watering to frequent.
I want to get into this. I have gardens and know about cloning. I’m in the same boat about going into depression about my day job. I’m passionate and want to know more.
dude i got the trays and im like struggling with a cpl things, i have a "just add water" soil, so i just add ph water and recharge once a week. everything was going good but now the top of the plant is a light lime green and the bottom is the normal darker green. what could be the problem?
Why does synthetic Nutrients usually gets a bad rap, for Instance Fox Farm. Their soil feeding schedule doesn’t seem aggressive as far as the dosage and stage of growth it suggest! Is the problem, the USERS adding to much, or it’s their soil feeding charts dosage? Question 2 is, isn’t everything, Phosphorus, nitrogen phosphate, potash, so on so on. Why so many varieties in nutrient companies stating we have the best? Of What I ask? I’m confused? Please educate me?
Don't buy expensive nutrients, especially those claiming to be specific for cannabis, it's a scam. All you need is Calcium Nitrate, Epsom Salt and Plant-Prod HydroVeg 7-11-27 and you're set. You'll get the same results for a fraction of the price.
@@timpage5021 it works just like side lighting, the leafs will bend themselves towards the nearest/brightest light source to absorb light and at the bottom of the canopy that would mean those light strips. The top of the plant will grow towards the brighter light as that is the primary light but that doesn't mean to lower part of the plant won't respond to the light coming from below... when I was still growing in tents I'd often see some of the leafs on the side of the trays point to the tents mylar walls as the light coming off the walls must have been higher that the amount of light directly from above hitting the perimeters of the canopy...
It would be cool if a cannabis company started making THC-infused, salted and dried seaweed snacks. Then, people would be able to eat seaweed and experience the effects of smoking weed.
Now that I'm retired/disabled I must grow or go without. What would you or any other sensible human being do? I am also so tired of throwing away my cash for inferior products that serve to enrich people that couldn't care less for me !
Small scale yes, most are being washed out of the industry... i lived it four states. If you cannot get cropsteering tech automation and have two hours a day, you cannot make craft quality like Alien Labs and other ops who have to compete with Oklahoma and Michigan grows crushing the west coast regulated heavy grows...
Michigan and Oklahoma outdoor and greenhouse over hundred acres now... replacing west coast growers, including my ex head boss of operation who has won hash cups in South Oregon.. the electric costs this man has of this grow makes similar indoor quality with the sun for double the cost.. that gap is being crushed to commodity margins like hemp is now. I could prove all this, and have already predicted price drops seen now coast to coast..here in 2015. Get a tour with GoodLyfe Farms 😎
