I finally found the name of this song. After searching for 15 years..I knew only the melody and remembered the music video. What wonderful music and lyrics.

I love how they portrayed the concept of "I might be just beginning, I might be near the end" with the false ending/stop of the song (and then it starts again as if she might be just "beginning") very clever, and her cheeky smile at the end to top it all. Love all the subtleties and winks in the video.❤❤
