EOLIAN, means "brought in by the wind" and this is an apt name for this fantastic roof top bar, restaurant and lounge in Panama City, Panama. I've been to quite a few rooftops in the city, but this is the first one that didn't feel like a tourist trap while maintaining an upscale vibe, with great music and friendly people. the prices are reasonable and the Carne Asade is piled high!!
