EoM 2013 Markooz vs. Babeli 1st SEMI FINAL Emperor of Mic 2013 

Please watch all battles from start to end, and you will know why he won. Don't just judge on 1 battle, it's not how we judge. It's so easy to just watch one battle or two and then judge on the real winner. You don't know how hard it is to judge. Only the people who were in the event live would know.

For all beatboxers who complained, I'm here to explain why Babeli won. First of all, Markooz does have different varieties, but his routine and music design is basically the same in every combo. Secondly, in his second round, the beat he did was actually used in his last round VS B-Art. Thirdly, Markooz's beats have no Hi and Lows, we feel the same from head to toe, music needs groove and build ups, not just cover and add technique on it, Babeli did really well in this. When you judge, you have to rate their musicality, technique, creativity, uniqueness, and also showmanship, to become a champ, you need to score in all categories, not just one or two. Therefore please stop complaining and judging on the professionals while you know nothing really. Beatbox is not just about technique, speed or dubstep, step outside of your little boxes and learn what music really is.

The hardest part about all these battles is that there is so much style in each person and in this I could never personally have a true winner, everyone will normally have a pick of a style and to that person that persons the winner to them. Well done all who battled and judges for making such a hard choice.

AGAIN!? This HAS to change. You need to get non-biased judges. These are friends picking friends. Even Babeli acknowledged he lost.. ..gah.

In my opinion, Markooz should have won.

Sick battle! Been a Babeli fan for a long time. It must be hard to judge these battles with so many criteria to look at. That's why they have world class people to do it. I was split myself here, Markooz seemed to variate more but Babeli was a bit more consistent in flow. Tough judging indeed! Good job both!

i think i would give it to Markooz bcs i think that Babeli didnt gave it his all, he is way better than what he did here. And Markooz did do better in my opinion. Non the less a sick battle big up to both beatboxers
