Ik the ending is really hard, but can we talk about how sudden the difficulty spikes at 59%? It’s like it’s only thrown in there just to be like “F*ck you and the time you’ve spent. Here’s an irritating part for no reason other than to be gimmicky and annoying.” At least with 90-100, you expect the part to be hard af because of the buildup and gradual increase in difficulty through the first part, but with 59-60, the whole part seems like it was made just to suddenly break the calm feeling of the level by slamming in a 3X SPEED CUBE with tight ass jumps and ridiculous clicks. Again, it’s not as hard as 90-100, but it’s really irritating to play and since you’re that far, it’s not hard to choke that part by jumping at a part you’re supposed to fall on. Also I feel like the 91-92 robot is harder than the 90-91 due to having many weird clicks in it. 92-93 isn’t an easy demon, just an 8* part with a bit of a learning curve. 94-95 is wildly hard for no reason, but it gets consistent (unless you’re playing from 0). 95-96 feels kinda like a “””break””” part compared to the past 4 parts. 97-98 isn’t that hard and isn’t deserving of easy demon, maybe 9* insane?
yeah I can agree with some of the things you said at the end, but yes you're totally right about 59%. Although renn did do it to fit the intensity of the song, he could've atleast made the part before it harder to make it so you feel like the next part isn't gonna be that hard. I also hate how people don't take this level seriously, they just feel like this level has 5, 6 star gameplay all the way through until the end and they don't actually know how unbalanced this level is even with taking out the end. Hell, I even saw someone say this entire level was a HARD DEMON. I hope they were joking, I really do hope they were. I'm actually jumping from an easy hard demon and this is definitely an extreme demon. I also absolutely despise 94-95%, renn just wanted to be extremely harsh because I haven't even completed that part yet.
the 59-60 part isnt rlly hard, it is just hard to sightread, and you cant "just play eon" and expect to get far unles you are ready for it, it is sightreadable yet it hasa lots of easy to learn quirks which make u play through the level
@@7hat3eird0ne well imo I consider eon to be a level where 1. You have to learn every part 2. You have to get consistent at every part 3. You have to do all of it in one go Although the issue I have with 59% is it's the hardest for me to get consistent at. I think it may just be because of the optimization because I'm lucky if it can just run at 40fps, but it's still in the top 8 hardest parts of the level either way
@@MCDTortleIf people are seriously calling this a hard demon, they have no idea what they’re talking about and have never played a 5+ minute long level, let alone a 55 minute level. This level is clearly an extreme demon and there is no debate. Also 94-95 being that hard just feels like a slap in the face to all the progress you made, 59-60 can get semi-consistent, but not entirely since it’s so fast and 33 minutes into the level. I do hope to beat this level someday
As the 10th victor of this level I disagree with the rainbow background wave being insane rated it should be harder Switch the slow robot and orb parts difficulties around at 33 to 36 44 to 46 shouldn't be hard it should be normal Clocks part should be rated harder ive seen so many fail at this part Part after the opera should be harder too its got enough tricky things about it 82 to 84 should be harder 86 to 88 the green orbs chain should absolutely be harder its easily the scariest half speed part Part after the medium demon should be Easy Demon Otherwise this is a great video and good luck on beating this 👍
Yeah I do agree with the clocks part being harder, the rainbow wave being harder makes sense because it's just consistency but I still find it kind of scary. Personally I find the green orb chain to not be that hard really because you just have to click the first one late, but I definitely to die there a few times

As a victor of Eon I can tell you that even tho at the end there's some part where you can say okay it's more 9* than easy demon etc, because there's easy and medium demons parts at the end overall to me the last 10% are a solid medium demon, maybe an easy hard demon because there's a lot of timings, a lot of inputs, fast gameplay and inputs, you can't tell me that the end of eon (5min) is same difficulty than Lonely Travel (6min) this is way harder, even calypso blitz is easier in my opinion so overall the rating is good and I want to say that the overall diffculty of the last 10% is hard medium/low Hard demon :)), the lenght makes the end hard !
Yo, idk if youre still grinding this, but you can reduce the lag by a ton if you play in windowed mode and make the window small when you get to a part with badly optimized shaders. The smaller the window the less lag there will be. Idk if itll work for you (fyi i have i5 11th gen, integrated gpu) but this makes my lag go away fully. If youre on mobile its over. Soooo soooo over.
