Would love to know what settings you're using out of camera. ISO, Aperture, etc. And are you exporting MLV in 1080 resolution first then Topaz upscale to 4k?

Brother May I know what's you fps for your average MLV video? mine is not more than 12-14 fps yet I've set the frame rates to 23.999. Any help to improve the fps please
