Hello my dear watcher, my name is Gaurav Jain & I did a #ladakhroadtrip trip between 12th Aug to 28th Aug 2022 with my wife and 4.5 year old kid. We started off from #pune with my #vitarabreeza #brezza and took the following route
#pune #ratlam #jaipur #pathankot #srinagar #kargil #leh #ladakh #nubravalley #pangonglake Karu #manali #narnual #ratlam #pune .
We had a lot of memorable momments in this trip and we will be putting some of them in this series. We will also tell you thing to keep in mind if you travelling with a kid.
We crossed extremely difficult terrains like #changlapass #khardunglatop #baralachapass pass and also faced heavy #landslide zones near #ramban #nubravalley to #pangongtso & #leh #manali route.
we came across one the finest roads in India e.g #nh152D between #narnual to #ambala at the same time route with no roads at all e.g near pangong, changla, barlachala etc. It requires a lot of skill to drive in these terrains and would not recommend in case you dont know how to drive in mountains.
Talking about #pune to #ratlam #roadcondition there are patches of bad road due to monsoon but are manageable, some must try things in ratlam are : #poha #kachori #samosa at #hariomrestaurant shastri nagar, #tiwaribati house near shahed chowk, #agrawalnamkeen sev & golgappe opposite to it.
I stayed at Tirupati palace near shaheed chowk while going and coming back but would not recommend the hotel, couple of reasons : 1. It has a bar at ground floor 2. Owner was rude during my stay back and room was dirty when complained he asked me to look for another hotel which was too bad as a hotel manager.

Hi Arpan, I don’t think there should be any problem with respect to car as its petrol and assuming has good torque at low rpms. Group of 3 with luggage should be just fine for almost all places. If ground clearance is above 150 mm you will do fine except at some places at passes which depends on your driving skills. If there is anything specific where you need suggestion let me know. @@arpandoshi9878 All the best friend... sure you will have great trip.. My car was diesel 90bhp and at 2-3 places it struggled when raised from a halted state specifically while going uphill near Changla pass where road was muddy and poor in giving traction.. Petrol cars were doing fine bcoz they generate more torque in lower gears I think. Have a fantastic trip!!

@@thetravelmatic Sorry to bother you again . Struggling between heart and brain. Still skeptical about and looking for package tour options from Delhi to Delhi in Innova. Along with me are 3 vehicles old XUV 500 diesel, New 4x4 Jeep Compass and Tata Nexon doing Mumbai to Mumbai. Did you come across some hatchback doing the route and have you incurred any wear and tear expenses for the vehicle. Apologies to bother you again on this. Thank you 🙏

@@arpandoshi9878 I can answer this… if you are someone who has passion for driving dont go for package.. if you going only to watch scenery package is a great option bcoz driver enjoys that very less. Now if you choose option 1 and you mentioned there are 2 more SUV cars with you I dont see you will have any issue bcoz you travelling in group and therefore you always have help handy. Your question abt hatchback yes I have seen plenty specially pahado ki rani maruti 800 lol jokes apart yes maruti wagon r alto and swift are very commonly seen there. Wear and tear yes actually my tyre got burst on leh manali highway its there in the video.. I think it was more bcoz something sharp probably metal on bridge scratched tyre from sides.. I had to get a new one in Manali later. That was the only damage I had. Since you going in May water crossings can be there but like I said group is always beneficial.. I did solo man that too with family no group as such. 😊

Thank you so much Anil ji, I use ddpai mola n3 as Dash cam (which I use sometime) and iphone camera for hand held recording which I use most of the time. That’s it just these two. 🙏🏻

Roads are all good, I don’t think there is anything major to mention as such but since you are on bike pls be mindful of 2 things. 1.) Sudden potholes specially post rains might be there at 2-3 places specially near Bhor. 2.) Stray cattles.. specially in Madhya pradesh, suggest you drive on the left side of road and not near divider as stray cattles suddenly jump over and you dont get enough time to react. Roads overall are good like I said with few patches having potholes and sudden bumps (multiple speed brakers)
