I have noticed in my meditation practice that it takes a lot of time and practice for me to be the Observer of my thoughts and not be run around like a dog on a leash by my conditional brain and habits
Wow! This was great. I literally felt my shoulders and back relax and believe me at this point I very much need for things to be easier, peaceful and relaxed in genuine ways.
