Vivek sir, even if someone talks against the corrupt then the system of judiciary will go with them and not the people. Remember the cartoon incident of didi when the person got arrested? Democracy is not a rule of majority or the people. Rule is always by elites who come from property owners bureaucrats and influencers democracy only adds another layer to the elite of people who can win elections. By making elections important it also gives some small power to the masses. Non democratic countries like Burma Pakistan etc are not better in terms of corruption crime etc. therefore democracy is the lesser evil. It is also glorious because it gives an opportunity to the saint and the social worker to try and come to power
