Sole Purpose of “RunThroughTheTape” Channel”
The Main/Only Reason I made this Channel:
At the start of the 2013-2014 I wanted to watch Full episodes of Inside the NBA that I missed and came to find out the Official “Inside The NBA on TNT “ Full Episode website was taken down or discontinued. On top of ITNBA’s already late airing, the ONLY other way to watch ITNBA are through reruns that air…
-The morning after (Friday) at 2am-4am (CT) and 6am-10am (CT) on NBATV, an American Cable Specialty Channel, not the original broadcast channel TNT, which is a American Cable Standard Channel.
-The majority of people in the United States don’t have Specialty Channels (b/c it cost more $$$) and on top of that, these rerun times are very inconvenient to almost all individuals with any type of responsibility (School, Work, etc.) especially seeing as they re-air early Friday mornings, a weekday.
-This show does air very late and most people have jobs, school, etc. and aren’t able to stay up and watch the original airing as well.
-This program also has fans outside the US, and they can’t enjoy the show anymore either b/c the Full Episode Website has been taken down.
-With that being said, as discussed by word of mouth and on many forums, blogs, comments, etc. the absence of the Full Episode Website put all of the shows fans at a great disadvantage and were at risk of not enjoying this Popular Emmy awarded show of 15+ years at all.
So I thought it would do all fans of the NBA, Turner Sports as well as Shaq, EJ, Kenny and Charles a great service as to making this show available in a platform more fans could enjoy at NO PROFIT TO MYSELF and ALL BENEFIT TO THE SHOW AND THE FANS.

+Hipstoprockathon i think some people just call him that cos that's supposed to be one of the most insulting things a black person can say to another black person (most people i've heard call him that are african american). but if you watched charles play at the peak of his career, he was anti-authority, nothing uncle tom about him. even now, sometimes a bit of the old charles comes out every now and again, its just that he's a lot more fun and takes to the jokes with his co-workers very well. but obviously when he says some stuff people don't like, then they think of the worst thing to call him....but one thing about charles, he's probably more blunt and unafraid to speak his mind (whether right ot wrong) than most of those people who call him that

Thanks for the support, this is the 12-10-15 ITNBA Full Episode [Ep. 08/15-16]. Sorry about the late upload, yesterday I had to upload the video twice b/c for some reason RU-vid wasn’t cooperating. Then after I uploaded the 2nd time, I posted the vid as some of you know but right after I posted it, I realized that halfway through the vid the audio messes up and there was nothing but a constant chopping sound from the 20 minute mark on. So I took that vid down and uploaded this one, I’m trying my best to Run Through The Tape, lol. Thanks again for your patience…

+Run Through The Tape As always, thanks bud! Here in rainy Vancouver, I gotta work on this Saturday in order to get everything done before the Holidays, so this was a welcome lil gift here to get me through!Gotta hand it to Chuck. He keeps it real. I wish he did do social media, cuz he'd kill it. But I respect why he doesn't, and if anything, that makes me love the big guy even more.And I agree... the NBA DOES NOT need to solve this travelling problem. I'm laughing my ass off every damn week haha!

+Run Through The Tape It's not a show about politics but it was nice to hear them talk about politics and to get the awareness out to a wider audience. Basketball shows like this talk about players so dramatically it's nice that they have some perspective as to how important basketball really is in the bigger picture.

@andytan911
@andytan911 8 лет назад
Harley It's not about who is a better analyst, it's about box office. More people will want to watch Kobe than Kenny, this I can promise you. Inside the NBA is never about serious basketball analysis, it's more about what great players think about the games, they always have a different view than those nerdy analysts. Is Shaq a good analyst? But it's about his fame drawing in the fans to watch the show. Imagine having 3 HOF on the program, wow, where else can you see that?

+Frank James cant believe im saying this but Id rather have Shaq than Kobe. For a tv show, Shaq is a more appropriate personality. Though his humor is dry, its more compelling television than an always serious/seldom funny Kobe analyst.
@el84oro
@el84oro 8 лет назад
+Frank James to be honest i'm not sure about kobe joining the show. maybe sparingly and standing in for some people, but not permanently. just cos he's a great player doesn't mean he'll be a great fit. the best thing about this show is, they have a lot of fun with it, make fun of each other, and they never get too caught up in the basketball or sports aspects, which separates them from every other sports show....i think kobe might be a little too serious. i like it how it is, people need to cut shaq some slack, he's alright, kenny and chuck have been there way longer than him.....c webb, isiah and grant are good back ups. if they get kobe on, they might have to ease him in slowly to get him used to it. i'd like kobe to definitely be on 'open court', i think that would really be amazing

Kenny made a bold prediction during the 2013-14 season. He said Westbrook was going to win the MVP award at some time. At the time it seemed really crazy, nearly stupid. Next season (2014-15) with KD out Westbrook won the scoring title and was in the conversation for league MVP (he finished 4th in MVP voting despite OKC not making the playoffs). I think that last night Kenny wanted to make a case for Westbrook being the best PG in the world. Right now it seems crazy, nearly stupid to say something like that. Steph is playing out of his mind. But I want to make a point. Curry is amazing. No doubt. But is he THAT good? I think he is just the product of an amazing system in Golden State. Westbrook was (and currently is however I think OKC is finally working things out) part of a sometimes dysfunctional offense and STILL produced. So, in other words, Curry should win the MVP but in my mind (and it appears to be the thing Kenny is hinting as well) Westbrook is the best PG in the NBA...

+Giannis Ioannidis I am of the firm belief that Curry cannot play defense. He cannot guard anyone. The team system is exactly why his steals and other defense analytics are up.

+Giannis Ioannidis how about you actually watch a warriors game before you throw the word" system" out there, Steph Curry IS the "system". If anything "dysfunctional" offense is the best offense for stat padding, because it's just 90% iso as we all know how okc run their offense. You have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

vvvvvvvvv Before declaring a man as the sole reason a team is working so well you have to think about: a) how much of an offensive impact this player has (in our case Steph has a huge impact on offense) b) how much of a defensive impact this player has (in our case Steph has a minimal defensive impact) c) how much is this player affecting the boards (in our case Steph is having an average impact on rebounding) So, Im with you if you are saying the system in Cleveland is LeBron. Im partially with you if you are saying Harden is the system in Houston. However, when we are talking about GS Steph is not the system. He is the product of it. Simple as that. As for the state of OKC's offense the past seasons, stad padding via continuous isolations is not considered a functional form of playing NBA basketball. With the term well-functioning offense teams like San Antonio, LA Clippers or Atlanta come to mind. Oklahoma under Brooks was a very simplistic team on offense (the main reason Brooks lost his job after all). Westbrook was still able to produce and be an effective scoring option even without ball movement nor smart playcalling. Are Ok with this explanation? Next time you think you know something about basketball (which I doubt) at least bring some arguments.

Giannis Ioannidis As I was saying, go watch a Warriors game before you speak. Watch how the rest of the team performs when Steph sits. You're so caught up with the so called "system" that every "analyst" is talking about. Let me tell you straight up, there is no "system", GSW is no Spurs, they lack consistent shooting outside of the splash bros, they don't have the personnel to run a spurs-like motion offense. Outside of fastbreak opportunities, most of their offense starts with Steph Curry getting double teamed off the pick and roll which leaves a 4 on 3 possession every time. Why do you think Draymond is getting 8 assists per game? Why do you think the Warriors have SOOO many open looks? Amateur fans like you think only guys like Harden and LeBron are doing everything because they have the ball all the time and are scoring and dishing the ball through penetration. It's way more than that,Steph Curry is not just THE most dangerous pick and roll player in NBA history, he is also a huge threat OFF the ball, that's what makes him a greater offensive player than any of the names you mentioned, he demands double teams off the ball just by running through screens. It not only creates space and stretch the court for open looks, it also allows his teammates to get touches offensively. He is what makes the offense flow in gsw. Again, you don't watch the Warriors, you don't know their sets, you don't know their plays, you don't know nothing about this team except hearing the idiots on ESPN talk about the "system". So please stop talking about something you have no idea about, Giannis.

Giannis Ioannidis you wanna talk about "arguments" yet your "arguments" are based on vague concepts like offense/defense without even getting into the specifics of how each player contributes to their respective teams offensively/defensively. you keep bringing up how Russ can still produce under a dysfunctional offense system, have you thought about why that is still the case after the head coach replacement? Because players like Westbrook doesn't adjust to the system, the system adjusts to him, he needs the ball to be effective, he needs to play his style to be effective. You don't know NOTHING about basketball and Ima leave it at that.
