Last month we went to Agadir, we had almost similar experience in another hotel. No AC, no phone ,no water, room was very far in a corner,no WiFi and also blocked wash basin. We asked them to change the room and initially they were hesitant but finally they gave another room.

I appreciate Ur nature to respond this way against such a discrimination...it is really bad to face such an unequal treatment to the people in terms of colour and ethnicity..

Mani Hotels in Europe even in Uk , they don’t serve free water. You have buy it either from bar or outside shops . You cannot complaint about that . Also they mentioned that you can buy from the Bar. Some hotels have room service until midnight. But Ac Issue is a problem, management should have checked before giving the room .

Water & coffee/tea powder no more an included in many 5stars in usa too.last we checked in a hotel calibur in las vegas. 1 bottle of water US$8.50 @below floor counter. Bought it alongwith cool drinks. One buffet lunch $100.00 Travel is expensive everywhere.. Frontroom people are very rude ...though we r us citizens! Even tourists from uk/ireland too faced the same scenario! Ac...when so hot outside room..it takes time to settle room temp to minimum bearable situation. Too much confort makes people more rudely.. Even kings and queens of last century didnot have these luxuries.. Think of turky earthquake victims when demanding more luxuries!! Ruined workers life for a day!!
