Thank you Corrine for the video. We can't say it was not adventurous,action packed. The added lights on lights off honestly made me giggle and lovely Fudge adding his two penneth. It did not detract at all from what you were doing I loved it. I miss the boy if he does not appear,he is your creative buddy. I ordered the design book from an on-line used book site and it should be here any day ,this going to be such fun. Yeh to a functioning cooker.

Love how you're doing all the hard work experimenting for us! Can't wait to have a go myself. The Inktense pencils can be used in heaps of ways...you can use your wet paintbrush on the tip of the pencil to get the colour then put it on the tin palate and use like watercolour paints or just scribble on the tin then add water with paintbrush. This way you don't get the colouring in lines from the pencil...depends on the look you want. Have fun!!!

Such a lovely idea, never thought of trying watercolour on fabric. Liberty fabrics are very fine, that’s what they are famous for, it’s a cotton that’s so refined it’s getting towards havlfway between a cotton and silk. Makes such comfortable summer blouses. I did buy some liberty scraps and I use them as decorative elements in journals and on top of sturdier fabrics for book covers and fabric design.

Girrrrrlllll!! This was the most adventurous video ever! LOL 😂. Between the electrician and lights going off and on and off again, and poor little Fudge wanting attention and almost upsetting the apple cart - I mean you held it together so well! This will be a fun series. I learned that gouache paints are opaque so will give a solid look to the paint. Neat! I can’t afford Inktense supplies so if I try this, it’ll be with the supplies I have. This will be my year to play more. Thanks for the inspiration.

If it’s Liberty Tana Lawn fabric it is very fine and soft a lot of times Lawn fabric is used for clothes but is also so nice in a quilt …I ordered for Xmas a bundle of Liberty fat quarters quilt fabric it is more like ordinary quilt fabric ..still very nice but not the same feel as the lawn …something I’ve learned just recently

I think on the negative space I'm going to use lace. This is going to be so much fun. I have to sample my paints on a scrap fabric tomorrow. I made homemade soup today and didn't have time.

The lace is also in the back of my mind.. I think I will stitch a few flowers before I decide in the full items.. eg lace
