I loved the episode. I would have liked it if Jorge and the trainer could speak more about the journey. It felt like they weren't given the opportunity to speak about it since they were being talked over. Maybe part 2?

I got the baby ❤️ Feb. 2nd is when we celebrate it & it’s also the same day of my grandmothers passing 🕊️ & every person that gets the baby - makes a different dish ☺️ & I was told it’s a blessing to get the baby so #ForeverBlessed ❤️

If you really want to get into shape you gotta be about it. When I started working out 7 years ago I was 290. Right now I’m 200 maybe a little lower . I run 7-8 miles at 5:30 am 5x times a week and lift in the afternoons. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and I don’t party. You don’t have to be crazy like me but I just have a different goals. Cause I never want to go back to being my old self. If my fatass as can do it so can you. Everything is possible, if you would’ve told me 7 years ago where I’d be right now I wouldn’t believe you.

I love watching the podcast here and listening to the morning show on Spotify. Although it’s 2 different spaces, I feel there’s a lot of content overlap. It would be cool to have different segments here versus the radio or vice versa. Bring back rate the ranfla 🚙
