Justin is so much better than her. She seems like a casual viewer but he is a super fan. Glad he stepped in and gave the clues. Even though he's a magnificent guesser, they have a second player to help with that.

Great money round! Side note: black actor alone was a terrible clue lol. Mary realized it though. Also to not just keep guessing seasons after saying "hot summer" and "hot winter" broke my brain.

@@eliasshakkour2904Exactly. "Repeat." I guess they knew you can repeat if you didn't hear a word correctly and were ready to use that skill. But they heard her correctly... just didn't guess enough.

Mary almost wrecked things. But thanks to good old Tiya wasting ten seconds on the first word and 15 seconds on the second word before she passed, it all worked out.

@@heavensgate7337 Which is why she should have passed. She wasted 25 seconds on two, when she only has 45 seconds. If she had gotten the last two, those guys would have tied the game. If the contestants are not getting it, it's on her to pass.

@@johnsmi213 I don't know a lot of movies either so I wouldn't have been able to give that kind of clue. Even so, BLACK ACTOR is quite literally the most ASININE clue I've heard. Makes Bree and Lauren look like experts at this game. It's not a bad clue to START with, just in case they happen to say the right one, but that just CAN'T be your ONLY clue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's UTTERLY asinine, and I still can't get over how MARY MCCORMICK, who prides herself on being good at this game, had NOTHING ELSE up her sleeve. If it were me, as someone who doesn't know about his cinematography, I would've at least gone for clues relating to "Jamie" and/or "fox" separately, like "first name, chef Oliver" and/or "last name, TV network." You just HAVE to say something more specific than BLACK ACTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mary has to stop telling people to hurry up during the money round. It's different if the time is really low, but in this case there was about 38 seconds left and 13 clue words remaining, with only 4 more words to guess. Telling people to hurry in this situation usually ends up making them panic. Although good for Justin for staying calm and getting the job done!

I loved Tiya’s follow-up clues for night crawler. When I saw hot spring, I immediately thought opposite cold autumn as clues. Glad to see Tiya on that same wavelength. The challengers missed that one key season, and we could have had a tie breaker at best!

If Mary said not loose as a follow-up, for them to make the connection with tight. Similarly, with rope - jump string maybe. Nail polish = finger paint makeup. No idea of Jamie Foxx, maybe add Vixen (female fox) to make a connection 🤔.

It didn't feel like she had committed herself to playing the game today. Her guesses appeared to be mostly echoes, and remote, & her clue giving wasn't on point at all.

I wrote the same comment. He's carrying this team. She gives clues, they lose. She guesses, the other contestant figures it out for them. But he's exceptional as both clue-giver and guesser. He picked the wrong partner.

Justin totally practiced what they preached with the make sense make money slogan 😂. Calm, composed and good clues 👏. Terea was on it, and Mary with the key Ruby guess. I loved the homophone clue for tale, very nice. Congratulations 🥳 🙌 guys enjoy 🙌 the money 💰!

Justin was really good the last episode while Terea seemed a bit incompetent ("opposite, lightning rod = shower rod!!!"). Glad he realized he had to step up and give the clues even though he's also a really good guesser.

Who needs 9 words when you can pull it off in 8 😂. I was unsure of the Native American clue for reservation, would have gone down the restaurant table/hotel room booking route.
