I usually maintain 60-70 km weekly based on event distance. One long run on saturday. Mon is interval , Tue is easy, wed is tempo , thr is hill , fri is easy with stride , Sat is long run and sun is rest. As the race is approaching I prefer 2 days rest in a week. The schedule varies with event distance.
