I am a calm person but have been getting frustrated quickly the past year maybe, I even talk back to my mother and loose my patience pretty quickly. I'm not sure what to do but this video helps JazakiAllahu Khairan

Controlling the anger is one of the greatest things considered in Islam ,because it prevents a person to avoid other sins that could be led by anger. "Anger begins with madness and ends with regret .( Imam Ali a.s)

Always do your best to stay calm and don’t let the shaytaan win. if you can’t then you can start trying and teach yourself to stay calm you can train yourself and that is really very important maybe the most important character you might be very proud of someday. I know y’all can do it! I believe in you.

I find it is better to move away immediately from the thing or person or persons that are causing me to get worked up. I don’t want to offend God and sin my close relationship to God means everything to me. 🌺🤲♧يارب ضاق بنا الحال♧🤲🌺 أُغلقت كُل الأبواب فلم أجد سوي بابك الرحيم يالله اخوتي أهل الخير واصحاب الضمير أستحلفكم بالله ان اقروا رسالتي... يقول الله تعالى: { وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرًا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ } السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.... أنا شاب فلسطيني من غزة أبلغ من العمر 36 عاما غير متزوج بسبب ضروري المادية الصعبة وعدم مقدرتي علي الزواج ، تخرجت من الجامعة قبل 11 عاما و معيل لاسرتي بعد وفاة والدي رحمه الله ، وعاطل عن العمل بسبب اصابتي أثناء عملي حيث انني تعرضت لسقوط من علو أثناء عملي نتيجة قصف صهيوني قريب من مكان عملي مما أدي إلي مشاكل في رجلي اليسري ومشاكل أيضا في ظهري واحتاج الي إجراء عملية جراحية ضرورية ولا أملك تكاليف العملية وانا الان احتاج الي إجراء العملية بشكل سريع والا سيتسبب الي بإعاقة كاملة في رجلي اليسري فمنذ وفاه والدي رحمه الله وانا احاول أن اعمل بأي شي حتي استطيع تلبيه احتياجات عائلتي الأساسية والضرورية ولكنني الان لا استطيع بسبب وضعي الصحي السيئ ان اوفر احتياجات اسرتي من طعام وشراب ولا استطيع ان اوفر علاج لوالدتي وعلاجي ايضا أو ان أوفر تكاليف لإجراء العملية الخاصة بي ونحن الان الله اعلم بحالنا وظروفنا السيئة التي نعيشها ، ويوجد علي التزامات مادية كبيرة وديون ومصاريف ضرورية وليس لدي القدرة المادية على سداد هذه الالتزامات والديون بسبب الحادثة التي ألمت بي وفي هذه الأثناء يطالبني أصحاب الديون بحقهم واذا لم أقم بسداد هذه الديون الي أصحابها سوف يتم سجني وانا لا أملك مصاريف و متطلبات الحياة الاساسية ونفقات اسرتي الضرورية لذا اتوجه الى اهل الخير في كل مكان بهذه المناشدة الصادقة على امل ان اجد من يمد لي يد العون والمساعدة لنا وان يفرج كربتي ويخفف معاناتي وينقذ حالتي جعله الله في ميزان حسناتكم وزادكم الله خيرا، والله لا يضيع اجر المحسنين، حفظكم الله من كل سوء ..والله على ما اقول شهيد... للتواصل عبر الواتساب أو الايمو ... 00970595972242
