A real estate novelist, in my opinion, is a turn of words in the song - the guy is a "wanna be" novelist who in real life is a real estate agent - ie someone who has high aspiration but in real life has a real job and is drinking his Saturday night sorrows at the bar. All the bar patrons have this quality in the song (wall street folks who are lonely and looking for love, etc) and mainly the bartender who is doing that job but wants to be a movie star. Its an ironic phrase in the song, not an actual job as stated here - my two cents/opinion.

Bless the boys for being so frank about absolutely buzzed about what they have achieved and where they have gotten to in the comedy industry - when these people ask "what do you want to do next - what other goals do you have" they are not asking to help realise your dreams - they are asking: how else can we grow your capital so we can exploit more of it for our own purposes? a larger share for you (more work) means more they can skim off the top...

Sam was on Bill Burrs pod 2 months ago , he goes into a story about how he got gigs at college and basically had them book Burr before I knew of the great Burr and he's been on Netflix since the beginning of Netflix streaming. He basically confronted his hero it was incredible to watch Burr took it well but moved on quick. Made me like Sam more ill and kinda makes you realize the work it must be traveling and doing gigs. Grinding

I had an opposite but equally frustrating seating situation. When I bought tickets the theater was empty. When I went to sit there was literally 6 people there. two kids bought seats literally directly next to my seat. No people in the row above or below. I moved seats but it's still frustrating for someone to buy tickets touching your seat in an empty theater

At around 00:35:00 “Cry Bully” reminds me of something I used to hear repeatedly, “Always playing the victim,” “Cry Bully” seems to be more spot on. The entire pod after 00:47:00 and the EVs on is stimulating… would be so great to see your next project, and the jobs it’ll create, it’s like you’re exploring different businesses and ways to enjoy life. I know they’re working on a movie, but I want mark and Sam to make an animated show about nothing. I think the amount of Seinfeld and curb they’ve watched would subconsciously help them to make it great, and they could play off of those sitcom formulas really well.

It was the White Sox between game 1 and game 2 at Comiskey Park. The Sox had to forfeit the 2nd game after Disco Demolition got out of control. It was 2 local DJs that started it. Steve Dahl and Garry Meier.

My reverse peeve: When the ads are waay quieter than the rest of the pod so you don't have to listen and they don't startle you ❤ hehe thanks guys.
