All this is subjective right LA county and you guys can find the newspaper articles Nickerson Gardens, Ramana Gardens, Jordan Downs, and Carmelitos Housing projects in Long Beach all run by the LA county housing authority but in the Carmelitos the Housing Police quit but kept working in the other projects said it was not worth it (too dangerous). That being said in Carmelitos it would be a lot of guys from other housing projects in LA and low-income apartment buildings in Compton.
