Great job! Double brew days can wear you down a bit, but they are still very rewarding. Plus your brew space will usually smell like grains and hops for days, which is a benefit in my book. (My wife hates it, which is why she doesn't come into my brew space.)
Looks good! With these type of pumps I've never been concerned with reducing the output flow to completely off. I don't think you'd need to worry too much about the motor laboring. The problem with ball valves valves is the flow is not linear with the movement of the lever, so it is difficult to set that lower flow level. There are the linear flow valves like that is in the Riptide, but they aren't much better, imo. Thanks for sharing!
How do you like the flexi Arm? I’m thinking about throwing one in my cart during the next purchase. Good recommendation for the gloves, but they don’t help if you don’t put them on.
LMFAO so dumb. IDK why I thought I was okay. The arm is fine. Worth the $10 but not much more. I like the length but it is a bit of a battle to shape it the way you want. And I'm limited in what I can put on the end of it to disperse the wort during recirculation.
