Yeah man i love when he riffs off them lol I saw I guess what would be the the first time gave them out he mentioned some episodes people won't get them because he didn't do it the first few recordings and because the episodes are not released in the order he recorded them in.
Sam- went through the same thing as you,endoscopy showed ulcer. I’m sales guy, lived on caffeine, needed the boost. So I ignored my Doc and it got worse. Long story short, I took the meds, followed the diet and it healed. Gave up coffee and other stuff. I reluctantly switched to Decaf after I healed because the ulcer will open up again due to caffeine. I tested it and it did. I now love Decaf, it’s taste the same and has a little caffeine. I now take a time released Concerta in the morning to get moving. Stomach is now fine, I can eat anything !
My genetics got me drinking coffee and tea infrequently. Id be remiss if I didn't mention the stuff one could mix it replace decaf with- Rasa is what I brew, adaptogens, flavor and now they've added matcha (tea ceremony-quality matcha) to their lineup

I'm a sci-fi/fantasy queef, avid reader, and I was surprised they split the first Dune book into 2 movies. The second part of the book is where all of the best action and plot movement happens. I was talking to a friend and described this as starting off the Star Wars franchise with Empire Strikes Back after cutting some of the action. It's really well done, but I get the "boring" take.
I know this wasnt the topic of your show but i wanna say how great Shane Gillis was on SNL. I was crying with laughter the whole show. Turns out hes an amazing comedic actor. I dont watch the show anymore cuz it sux, but all the hype made me tune in. Im so glad i did. It was totally worth it. I did something i havent done since the Will Ferrell days. I watched it twice. "Comedy!"

I've never been more proud to be a WMBD fan, I couldn't make it through dune either. The dialogue was just killing me. I usually watch movies for dialogue and plot more than anything so effects can't carry the movie.
