He was refused even a state funeral by the Gandhi Family..by some accounts by Sonia Gandhi herself. His body was treaty very unceremoniously and it seems the ex-PM's family was asked to take back his remains to his home state..The Gandhi family also refused building a memorial for him for 10 long years of Congress rule..It was finally built for him by Modiji when the BJP came to power..A very sad episode in Indian history..those who hear the details will cry.....It is really saddening how the life a great political pioneer, a briliant man who spoke 13 or so languages ended
