Over 10yrs ago Some Hispanic Deputies did the same to some Eastcoasts. They pulled up in an unmarked, yelled out "What that Florence Be like" and got busted on. This was obviously way before the Truce.

They used too do that in Inglewood. I lived in the NHP’z and the police would say “Shoreline Crip” or “Diru killer” at some us when we mad dogged them as they rolled by. This was the late 90’s early 2000’s. They were looking for the reactive hotheads in the hood to arrest. Shitty tactic though

I used to live on 64th east of buckler. The south half of the street was was Inglewood pd. The north was lasd. Someone busted caps on the south side of the street noone hit and everyone took off. When the sheriff pulled up and found out it was on the Inglewood side, they took off leaving it for IPD.

the cop robert baker (compton police department) wrote a book admitting doing drive bys with blanks in unmarked cars to confuse gang members of course just for the sake of what a badass it was. but when you have it in black and white from a cop, at least no one can say it's an urban legend

Got hemmed up on Hyde park and Crenshaw... They followed me from Inglewood (near gay street) straight down Hyde park. I had just hotboxed and hadn't smoked in like 90 days. I was so discombulated rofl. They was just looking for dope or a gun or warrants as usual.

I imagine his defense was self-defense, if some unmarked cars throw up rival gang signs, isn't it reasonable to expect the same cars may shoot at me? Especially with the history of banging between the two groups? To that the DA probably countered to the jury with, well then, you shouldn't be out thar in the first place, gang banging.

All true story!! Lil MADD was one of my sand box BG brothers!! He wasn’t playing with them or anybody!! Rest Easy Lil MADD! Neva forgotten!! He came out good in that case but was a felon with a gun. They didn’t catch him with it either. They found the gun in a location near to where they got MADD
