Hello Miss Jira ! This nice 5 bed poolvilla for about 12 million Baht , could be a perfect home for a german ( not only ) , who is together with a Thai-Lady , children and an area for his dogs . Also this german would have a nice poolbar , his german BIERBAR and own grillstation area ! This is a dream for many farang ! Miss Jira , thank you one more for a perfect presentation !

yes, well, dog area there outside doesn't seem to be snake proof though..

@supot2523 Oh , yes ,the problems with snakes can be a big problem ! In 1986 to 1994 , I have built with my Thai friends a big farm in the area of Sam Roi Yot. One night a kingcobra killed in a terrible chase 4 of our dogs !!! The first dog was dead after 3 hours 2 others after 5 hours and the last dog 6 hours later ! We had at this time 12 strong dogs . We had no chance to stop the chasing dogs !!! Only my german boxer dog followed my order and looked at for me ! It was a terrible night..... !

@@kanoi009 omg... so sorry.. this snake issue re dogs makes me even tend to go for a big pet-friendly condo instead of a pool villa.. to be seen..

@@er70ca72 A friend of mine traveled to Thailand as unvacced 12 th of january...Thursday 5 th of january they decided to require vaccination again...They made the U-Turn following sunday..9 th of january TAT (tourism authority of Thailand) stated the following "TAT would like to clarify that Thailand continues to welcome all international tourists under the fully reopen to tourism policy that was introduced on 1 October,2022" As of now and since January 9 th its fully open for unvacced also...

@@Eric-of5ex I talked with the Thai consulate this morning and was told I had to have at least 2 vacation or letter from doctor that I can't take. Maybe their rep was misinformed I will find out tomorrow
