आजच्या व्हिडिओ मध्ये आम्ही आईसक्रीम ची रेसिपी घेऊन आलोय. त्याचबरोबर ते आईसक्रीम कसे विकावे, किंवा आईसक्रीम चा घरगुती व्यवसाय, बिझनेस कसा करावा, हेही या व्हिडिओ मध्ये शिकवले आहे.
Ingredients :-
1 cup = 250 ml
Milk - 1 cup (or 1/4 lit)
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Dark compound - 50 gm
Liquid glucose - 1 tbsp
Xanthun gum - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Condenced milk - 1/4 cup
Whipp Cream - 1 cup
Essence - Vanilla
Chocohips - As needed
Filling for rocky road icecream - As you like (Gems, kitkat, cashews, walnuts, crushed chocolate biscuits, milk chocolate, butterscotch nuggets & marshmallows. Here Marshmallows Are Compulsory.)
टिप 1.👉जर तुम्हाला आईसक्रीम जास्त गोड आवडत असेल तर, मिल्क मिक्शर बेस बनवताना साखर घ्या. (1 ते 2 tbsp च घ्या.)
Material for packing :-
1/2 lit containers
Brown covers
Wooden spoonsspoons
Recipe :
1) Take a pan or non stick vessel.
2) Add milk, sugar, milk powder, corn flour, cocoa powder, chopped dark compound into pan and mix it.
3) Keep this pan on gas at low flame. Now add liquid glucose in it.
4) When it start heating mix 1 spoon milk powder and xanthun gum in it and boil it.
5) Cool and then add condenced milk and vanilla essence. Milk mixture will be ready.
6) Whipp the cream.
7) Mix cream and milk mixture properly.
8) Add chocolate chips into half recipe. Pour this batter into an air tight container. Set in freezer overnight.
9) Add all the rocky road filling into half recipe. Pour this batter into an air tight container. Set in freezer overnight.
