What cool guys. This is what most boys should be doing, instead of sitting on their butts playing video games. This teaches so many things beyond mere fishing. Self-reliance, problem-solving, courage (not just anyone can bag an eel) camaraderie, and the constant, continual boosting of self-esteem from catching and cooking your own food. If most kids were left out in the bush, they'd be traumatized and might not even make it back home. If these guys were left out in the bush, they'd come home happy, healthy and proceed to cook a lovely dinner for the whole family.

Hey guys love the vids I am quite like u I love fishing,adventures,exploring,wildlife and I love all animals especially marine animals when I go fishing I love my fishing and I catch quite a few of these pike eels I live at the Gold Coast in hope island and a few months ago i was fishing of a jetty just like u were with a couple of mates and we were going after sharks I had a mullet probs the size of one of Dylan's small ones not the tiny one the other ones yea so anyway after maybe 30-45 mins of waiting and while we were waiting we were fishing for bream and other stuff then all of a sudden my rod goes of and it took probs 15-20 mins to pull in I knew it wasn't a shark Coz I had caught one before but wasn't in for a shock on how big this eel was I had 30lb monofilament and 100lb wire with a 10/0 circle hook and when he got close to the jetty he didn't like it he started doing death rolls and stuff geared and ripped to shreds my wire and hook anyway I got it up and Coz it was dark I didn't relize I only had half of it up that's when I relied it was really big anyway got it up now I am 1:77 meters it was taller then me and probably weighed 15kg and was as fat as a medium size football it was huge anyway so that's really it sorry if I wasted ur time I know it's a long story but yea love the videos guys keep it up and don't stop what ur doing its great cheers!
