In this episode, we make a long voyage up the Atlantic ocean in great conditions from Atlantic City to Sandy Hook, where we anchored out for the night. As the sun began to set, a unexpected storm rolled in creating very large seas and a uncomfortable night. The next morning we decided to move to a better anchorage in Great Kills, NY and plan our trip through New York City. We were fortunate to have two buddy boats (Wild Goose and Good Day Sunshine) to travel with and take our picture in front of the Statue of Liberty. We ended our day at Half Moon Bay Marina near Croton on the Hudson.

As the years have gone by our 2 children have grown up (but not out yet) and Tom retired from the corporate world.
