Thank goodness Kyle was in this interview because he carried it. The interviewer needs to ask questions that will get the person being interviewed to expand on the topic they're currently speaking to, rather than jumping to another topic; In the first 1/2 of the interview, I found the interviewer was working through a list of questions and not asking them at the best points in time for getting more out of current topic. It got better at the 1/2 way point. It was also obvious that the interviewer doesn't relate on a personal level/doesn't have the same personal goals- which is fine but it shouldn't come across in a good interview. You do well at giving space for the person to chat, without interruption, keep it up. Kyle, no one else will go through all that you have, and no one else will do what you will do.
Interesting take! Thank you for sharing. I love hearing things like this because that allows me to grow. I’m shooting to be the best in the world and this comment will help me get there. Keep on kicking goals ❤
