Pumpkin Seed Oil Works! An old deacon had Prostate issues. You could tell from his leaky smells. I had bought the Pumpkin Seed Oil for my brother, but he claimed (my brother)that he didn’t need it. So I gave the bottle to the old deacon, and it help him so much that the Church bus driver notice a difference in his smell when he picked him up!
It seems to me that physicians (medical doctors) today on youtube are being split or choosing either camp keto-diet or camp vegan. There is not denying that any food that elevates your sugar level whether is plant-based or meat or processed-carbs. If it ends up being sugar, it is going to be worse for cancer patients.
My list to prevent PC: Vitamins: D3, K2 plus some A and E from real food. Minerals: magnesium, iodine, selenium, boron, zinc/copper. My omega 6:3 ratio is below 2! (weekly herrings+ 1 can cod liver in its own oil and every day a few fish oil capsules with high EPA + DHA) You may want to use turmeric, berries, pumpkin seeds. Avoid too much sugar, refined carbs. I do not use refined seed (vegetable) oils like sunflower, canola, safflower etc and margarine. I avoid almost all packaged food. Too bad I love the 🍷and 🍺!
Your suppl list looks good. Fyi, circumin taken with black pepper is better than tumeric. Yes Keto diet is best, no sugar low carbs no transfats, lots protein. And lots of green tea is typ good.
very good information ,but you didnt mention one of the best things you can have ,,tomatoes cooked in olive oil for 30 minutes produces cancer killing prostate cells Lycopene
I would suggest checking all those nutrients for their affects on testosterone....which feeds p.c..apparently selenium is not recommended if you have pc....also I've read Boron promotes DHT....lethal if you have PC......D3,well known for promoting Testosterone. ..I would suggest double checking everything...at least if you feel low in testosterone use supplements in moderation......just saying...!!
As a European Trained Naturopathic Physician I would add specific tissue drainage therapies and activate adult stem cells for regeneration. Heavy metals and low grade fungal infections must be removed as a source of inflammation. There is always a reason for inflammation.
Please visit my website - DrGeo.com soon there will be information there and ability to schedule with me if you'd like. Good luck with your husband. The women affected with prostate cancer are amazing.
Please read my previous post....many of these supplement recommendations are lethal once you have PC....pls research all these supplements......ie ask Google for the effects on PC of zinc,Boron,D3,..etc etc....PC feeds off testosterone... Hence the hormone blocking treatment that many of us with PC are subjected to....not good for the bedroom...but beats going to your own funeral..!
About your supplements. Where can I find info about where the ingredients are sourced from. If they are organic are not. Are your supplements USP verified? When you get a chance could you please do a video on the following topics Broccoli, specifically Broccoli Sprouts and stems are the most anti cancer. One of the SME on a major cancer forum said that the chemicals in broccoli have been scientifically proven to help kill PC cancer cells. The combination of Green tea, pomegranate powder, broccoli powder and turmeric.
Well 3 years ago I had Prostate Cancer.and it was 17 psi .I had 27 Radiation Therapy .went down to 3.4 .went back 9mo and it went up two 6.5 .the doctor did not do nother .went back 6m and went up two a 7.8 .now he got me on a shout ever mouth. So I am thinking about not doing anything more for it .I'm 82 years old
Take some natural items he mentioned, don't get over treated at 82 buddy, enjoy your last year's with a clear head, get some CBD, even a little THC, mild happy dose
I’m looking at RYZE MUSHROOM COFFEE The Ingredients show 1)Cordyceps (Stamina), 2)Lion Mane (Focus), 3)Reishi (Stress Relief), 4)Shiitake (Immune Support), 5)Turkey Tail (Healthy Digestion)and 6)King Trumpet (Anti- Inflammation). I’m not promoting…I heard you mention a few of the items.
Lycopene was not mentioned here. Other renowned medical experts who are promoting plant-based therapy underscored the benefits of lycopene in aleviating symptoms of BPH or prostate cancer.
When my PSA was 30, my doctor said it's very high. That was it. That time, I have never studied about the prostate or anything else. I went away to Philippines for 6 months and checked my PSA was 206. That's the time the doctor sent me for Biopsy & all sorts of Scans. Now I am waiting for the doctors verdict. But I believe by now I must have cancer...by watching & reading. I guess I might kick the bucket sooner than later...
Komusta na kabayan, my psa was 3.8 I am diagnos with aggressive proatate cancer with gleason 9 but still local and waiting for my proatatectomy, I choose this rather than radiation because is faster procedure and less side effects than radiation. Hope you will be okay.
First you should try to convibce the doc to another P S.A,in the next 3 month if you do the following: Stop eating food that contain hormones, or estrogen: Stop consuming milk, soy milk, cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, yogurt, etc, chicken, red meats, eggs. .and then you see if the P S A Dropbox or not.😮
@duposflies2621 I Just Had 5 Weeks Of Radiation For Gleason 8 .Waiting On My Brachy Procedure.During Radiation I Did Not Experience Any Side Effects But I Believe All The Problems Come From The ADT Shots They Give Some People .That Hormone Shot Is Bad News With A Ton Of Side Effects.
Just as important is to detox, supplements that work on cancer and dead C cells need to be processed out through the liver, I read and take Tudca and based on study 15grams of Pecto Sol C which is a highly absorbable form of Modified Citris Pectin and can have some effect on cancer do the research on MCP and Prostate cancer. very very pricey but I feel it's worth it.
Dr. Espinoza, I do have some questions. First I want to thank you for sharing you dietary expertise with this very large community. And no, i wasn’t in a hurry to hear your recommendations, the bg to those recommendations was priceless, the push pull, the cpmplete package, etc. Here are my questions. What about Chaga mushroom made as a tea? What about Amla powder, not Amla in the form of Chawanprash? Chawanprash contains a lot of jaggery, brown sugar which feels inflammatory after I eat it. Last inquiry is about Rishi mushroom. How to extract it? Is it necessary to drink an alcohol based tincture? I believe my nightly RISHI fix is what may have brought the cancer on. (I extracted it with high proof vodka. Thank you again for your service and expertise.
Dr.Geo. I was listening to nutrition expert Jerry Brainum on his podcast.I would like you to listen ( if you may) respectfully on what he has to say on Do eggs cause prostate cancer?
@@hutahaeanalbert7402 From what I've researched, there isn't one particular supplement to fight P C.......but it's been suggested to try and fight on several fronts ..for instance extract of cruciferous vegetables is mentioned, also strong curcumin with black pepper extract to improve absorption....and many others, but If you have P.C. you need to research every supplement to see if it enhances testosterone,or D.H.T which is even more powerful thenT......for instance Boron gets bandied around as good for the prostate health, but it's written that it enhances DHT which is dangerous if you have P.C...research and take care and best wishes..G.
I’m a little sad the doc never mentioned mitochondrial dysfunction leading to cancer from excessive sugar/carbs consumption coupled with frequent meals and chronically high insulin. Insulin drives the cancer cells to multiply along with sugar, you wanna prevent/slow cancer you gotta drive insulin to baseline and keep it there in a high fat 0 carb diet.
Yes vitamin D3 has been shown to reduce prostate cancer tumors in an FDA study by Dr Bruce Hollis. Everyone does not have enough D3. A 25hydroxy blood test will tell your D status.
how abour using CREATINE having had prostate cancer? Had a prosectomy. Cancer came back after about two years or so. Had radation , am 0.0 PSA for a little while now.
Hi Dr Geo, thank you for providing this very informative content. I am going through EBRT radiation therapy now 3 of 5 sessions completed. I will be searching for some of these supplements you recommended . I live in FL but travel to NY on business on occasion. Would love to set up an appointment to discuss my case in more detail. God bless you and thanks again. Robert
@@barneycarpartsVitamin C is a scam because your body cannot absorb more than 200 mg a day. Regrettably, I still take 1 gram a day because I was unaware when I bought the bottle. The D3+K2 is gold though. I got my D levels up to 50 by taking D3 5000 + K2 which costs less than .05 a day when you buy in bulk. NAC is good for repairing cell damage and broccoli sprout extract has powerful anti cancer properties. I am not a fan of the taste of the sprouts so I don't have them as much.
Dr Geo do you suggest a man sees an oncologist as opposed to a urologist if he has been diagnosed with with prostate cancer the prostrate cancer that he has been diagnosed with is very very low and very small therefore therefore his doctors has suggested that they monitor it I feel that he should see a specialist which would be a oncologist what is your opinion
06/04 PSA 3.86 Cut out all seed oils Glyconutrients Started 5000mg aloe Vera extract a day . Started Turkey tail 6 cap. a day. Black walnut extract 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Jarrow zinc balance 2 x day. ( No Ginseng !!! To hot in its action )
How about taking ginger together with Tumeric black Paper all mixed up in warm or hot milk daily b4 going to bed? It is me helping in frequent visitation to the bathroom
Yes very helpful. The isolation problem is something I wasn’t fully aware of. In the past I’ve heard the same thing about recreational drugs that are or can be isolated from the original plants and the same rule apply. Yet if it wasn’t in an isolated environment, then the effect can be less problematic. Yet some of the other compounds found in various plants can be deadly, or at least problematic, exists . So I pay attention to these ideas . And have become wary of the use of these substances in that unpleasant or dangerous side effects causes me to reconsider my approach to taking supplements for various purposes based on the opinions of doctors…or researched facts . Sometimes it’s a flop other times a significant change for the better. So where do find any pages of information that is available anytime.
Dr. Geo I heard you mention that those who eat an organic diet have better prostate cancer outcomes. We also know that those same people tend to make better lifestyle choices as well as their diet selection. How can we say with any certainty that it is the organic diet that is responsible for better cancer outcomes and not those other lifestyle choices that account for the observed results?
Many medical doctors (physicians) are doing more work on youtube because it is paying off. However, they are also promoting diets base on their opinions and personal choices and not based on science. Dr. Geo is anti carnivore.
I have been taking a Pine Pollen tincture for about 2 years now.My testosterone went up to around 800 .And I am 69 years old.Just had my first MIR and I have a Pirad 3 and 4 that will be biopsied soon. I stopped the Pine Pollen back in September. I love how I feel on it but fear it could be bad for me.What do you think?
My husband has now been told that his cancer has become hormone resistant he had prostrate cancer 17 years ago and the prostrate was removed it has now come back in the prostrate bed he has now been put on 3 monthly hormones injections plus weekly tablets but his PSA is now going up and they now want to give h 9:47 im a monthly tablets where you have to have your heart lungs liver checked because of the side effects. And the only other option is chemotherapy just need your advice as we are not happy with any of these options he is 76 they have said they cannot give him radiation therapy as he had that 17 years ago
Tell us about his life style, eating habits (processed and ultra-processed foods consumption, meat, vegetable, cargs, etc), and drinking habits (including alcohol, processed drinks etc.)
My husband has a gleison 3+4 with a psa of 5.3 in 2021 which after change in diet went down to 4.2 he was and still is on active sallanvace to date it has gone up now to 6 but he was taking pomi-T what you think of that
I'm 58 years old and started taking NMN about 18 months ago. I've been taking supplements for most of my adult life and none have even come close to having the impact of NMN. My energy level increased dramatically and quickly! However, about a month ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, localized, gleason 4+3, PSA is 4.2. Since the diagnoses I have stopped taking NMN as there are some reports that it could accelerate cancer grown. I've also looked into SIRT6 and found articles that indicate that too may speed cancer. Anyone have any information on these 2 otherwise wonderful anti-aging supplements? I didn't find much on the webs regarding these and prostate cancer.
Also, if you google Berberine and prostate cancer you'll find some articles that indicate the Berberine looked promising for slowing cancer spread. However these are all around 10 years old. So I'm wondering, did further studies prove this not to be true?
This podcast is of great help and highly recommendable. I'm from the Philippines and have been diagnosed with an elevated PSA. I've been taking saw palmetto for a year. My question is, is this product really helpful. I'll be waiting for an early response. Thank you.
@@reynaldovillagracia4167 I use it and it really helps me. I'm using many things along with it tho so could be all combined. Last PSA was 14.9 down from 16.9 a year ago. Zinc, selenium, lycopene, copper, vit.E, C, D3, CoQ10, milk thistle, magnesium and iodine. I sleep well with the peeing thing under control. Up once a night but I drink coffee right up to bedtime so that's not bad and I go right back to sleep with no urge to keep getting up like I used to. I'm 69 so if I can keep things at this level until the end I'm good with that. No pharma drugs at all for anything other than dextroamphetamine for ADHD and that's fairly recent.
As in my research and tried pumpkin seeds after eating a lot of these seeds to my surprised my PSA went down from 3.9 to 3.27 and the urologist said my prostrate is fine. And I’ll be back to my urologist after a year let’s us see what would be the result of my PSA next time I have it tested? I continue to eat pumpkin seeds. Also I used to pee three times at night but now just once sometimes not even.
Thanks for the information! I know you listed 3 areas and gave some recommendations for those specific areas but is there like 1 or 2 different supplements that cover all those areas
Dr. Geo, Thank you for your great videos and your passion for what you do. I have a question, is there a type of "Orange Book" for supplements like there is for legend drugs? I'm somewhat concerned about some supplements be contraindicated when taking some prescription meds. Thanks again. Bob
Anyone who has P.C should discuss with their oncologist the supplements they have been advised to take. ...what is ok before you have P.C .is very often harmful once you actually have got Prostate Cancer...this is important....many supplements increase testosterone, which you don't want....the opposite in fact..!

Thank you for this. I do have Gleason 7 prostate cancer, and am on Casodex. Between that and nuitricuiticals, my PSA has fallen from 12 to 4. I have been trying to do many of the things you recommend, such as exercise, eating a healthy diet, and have been taking many of the things you recommend. I will be looking into the mushrooms and boswellia, which I haven't been taking. I do try to read scientific studies before adding any supplements and I find evidence in studies that many aid Apoptosis. My Oncologist says that boosting Apoptosis has minimal effect, but I figure it probably helps a little. Any thoughts on Lyposomal Fisetin, Astaxanthin, Black Seed Oil (related to Cumin, I believe), or Diindolylmethane? How about Dietary changes such as eating less red meat, eating more tomatoes, and drinking green tea? From my experience, I was taking Fisetin, which is poorly absorbed, but switched to a claimed "lyposomal fisetin", and my next PSA dropped from 6 to 4 in 3 months, which might or might not have been related.
I suggest just focusing on a keto/Mediterranean diet, no sugar low carbs no transfats low dairy. For supplements make a list and discuss with your doctor or a nutritionist they could recommend.
@@danah358 Thanks for the reply. I've heard that low carb helps a lot against most cancers, but not prostate, and that low meat and low dairy is more important against cancer (but fish are not as big of a negative.) I avoid simple carbs, but am trying to boost complex carbs and cut back on meat/dairy.
@@danah358 I'll 2nd that! I ran out a month ago and some of my LUTS are coming back but mildly. No cancer as yet just BPH at age 69. Up once a night to pee then right back to sleep. If you've got a high dose of Laetrile (amygdalin or vitamin B17) too much foods containing beta-glucuronidase or vitamin C may increase the conversion of amygdalin to cyanide!!

I can meet with my contractor who’s building my $1m home for 15 minutes and get more detail than this 32.24 minutes of rambling. “Get to the point” in deed.
Sad to say, but loves to hear himself talk and grin. Could have wrapped it up in less than 10 minutes. Lots of views, but not a lot of thumbs up. I'm not sure he gave any solid advice, just beat around the bush while grinning about a deadly topic. Get serious.
Wow! That should be a lot of diary products, try not even milk, yogurt, any cheese, deserts, meat like chicken, this all because the estrogen, and, maybe the cows can still be in their reproduction, oeriod, and can be part of the milk.
I had the option but chose an alternative path. Did not want the possibility of extreme erectile dysfunction, possible incontinence, penis length reduction, follow-up surgeries. Whichever path you chose, get a PSMA test first to ensure it is still local. Conventional Radiation and Proton Radiation are quite effective (in fact, conventional radiation delivered as SBRT is just as/more effective as prostate removal).
My PSA was 17, the Urologist was a week away from removing prostrate. Then the Oncologist took over, cancelled the surgery, gave me 6 chemo sessions and daily hormone pills, now PSA is 0.08, I will be going back for more tests in a few months. Meanwhile I used lots of turmeric(w black pepper) , 3 kinds of mushrooms, Omega 3 fish oil, B complex, C, zinc, aged garlic extract, fresh garlic, and d3k2. I'm so glad I didnt have surgery, of course we never know what the future holds. Best of luck to you friend.
