I've watched this video several times and I never get tired imagining that this will be our future house someday. I really love it! It makes me inspire to work harder so I can make our dream house come true!
@@anunentitledmotivatedmille7731 Thanks for your thought, dear. We've actually bought land, but we're still paying for it. We're also saving for the construction of this dream house.
Ang ganda po and very pinoy yung feels. Also ang functional din nung grounds, pwede space for visitors or occasions yung taas at baba, ang space saving din. Nice!
Dapat lahat ng kabahayan sa Pilipinas, pwera lang sa matataas na lugar, ay ganito ang concept ng bahay. May silong.. Yun ang original house architecture ng mga Filipino houses. Dahil yun para iwas baha.
I love all of your design. Wish we met you before we build our own house in Dvo. We are stress and disappointed. We spent a lot and we got scammed the house is still there but was not fully furnished yet. Planning to sell it and build new one.
I like a design practical for an area. However, I too note "where is the bathroom?" and as a gardener, puzzle over the idea of plants set right into grass. Would grazing animals be keeping everything neat?m
One of the most stunning house designs/videos I watched. Someday I would have a house like this (with luck). But for the meantime, I would like to create a presentation such as this on my channel. Thanks for sharing your brilliance, Architect. Keep it up
I really like this one. Reminds me of our old house in Tarlac. If I would build this, I'll use the lower floor as living room, dining room, and will get an extension for a kitchen. 2nd floor will be all bedrooms, and the deck will have a roof ... where can I get drawings for this?
Why you did NOT🤔 showed us the bathrooms🚾🚿🚽 as the camera does with all the other rooms?, However that kind of Architecture remembers me of the.Palafitos one!. It is a lovely kind of design!.👍
How do you get large heavy objects (bathtub, range, refrigerator, sofa, beds,) up those stairs? Rent a crane I suppose. Otherwise a neat concept for a warm climate, would take some modifications for snowy climes. I'd hate to use those stairs in Hurricane conditions, though. I would build an outdoor kitchen next to the carport to save having to schlep things up and down the stairs for a BBQ, and would add some outdoor furniture down below there.
Wow ! Thank for designers , exactly complete excellent view , may I request to design like this but 2 bedroom and simple , Thank for this elevated design , I highly thank for my request will done ...I am belong to urban people which dreaming a dream house
make use of the ground floor, perhaps for kitchen, dining area, powder room and open living space, so you can have ample space for bedrooms, bathrooms and living space on the second level
This design inspires me. Thats why i bought a big lot. Instead of buying a small lot and make a house to fit my budget. This house later. I got to save or be it my retirement home.
Thanks for sharing! This is beyond gorg! I can picture myself here with my husband when we retire and have this house in a farm that's off the grid. Yung tipong walang internet and a time to connect with nature and have a simple life. 💞😍🥰
Bro Can you please design an east-facing roadhouse design with 43x53 (250 Sq Yards) with ground floor commercial shops and residence house (2bhk) and on the first floor 3or 4bhk.
