I have always been a believer of hitting rock bottom. What you said Brother about allowing yourself to feel "sadness until it's full, then it knows my job is done here I can leave". Wow!! Profound

Did i just hear someone articulate what im going through even though he doesn't know me.. Yes our stories are different but that i how i handle most situations.. It's like i plug on people then unplug move on with life.. I struggle alot with relationships

Yhoo the things step parents do bathong so heartbreaking ..I'm a full time step mom to 2 beautiful children and all I can say is with Jesus you can love these children and really want the best for them❤

Yes our upbringing shapes our personality and how we react to situations.Most of us have childhood trauma from parents and older siblings.

Makes sense why a lot of people will say, family is not only blood.

Black tax causes depression and anxiety. The entitlement pressurises us to stay in toxic work environments. So one never gets a break from suppressive environment.

Mr Mazindo being a psycologist knowing how a mind works is blaming the past traumas beyond what he is supposed to I sense manipulation He cant have abused his second wife to that extent if the first wife has in a way showed him , his res flags As a Christian man iam somewhat dissapointed in him that he keeps doing wrong and them he is quick to say childhood trauma Aaaowaa emang pele This is not even accountability, uts him shifting the blame to the past trauma for his actions

As much as a lot of things he makes sense, he is wrong when it comes to forgiveness. The Word commands us to forgive and there is no excuse for unforgiveness. He needs to face the issue head on so he can move on in life
