Y’all are doing a great job. I buy only from you boys because of the hard work, and time all 3 of you put into the field work. Lord knows what I’ve spent with you all in 2023, and just ordered an Iray RH 25 today, because now I’m getting into the helmet game. It’s like Ashley said, once you ever use a helmet set up, you’re hooked, and man was he right. Hands free is where it’s at. Thank y’all.
Thank you SO much. Hans. Ashley and myself (Jason) greatly appreciate your continued business. Customers like yourself who support us is what keeps us going. Thank you again and we wish you a great New Year! Thanks again!👊🏼👊🏼
You guys should always give ur opinion as the best bang for your buck in each category just my opinion. Great job my only thing to say is for that much money I'm gonna need a ten year warranty let them know 😉
Jason and Hans, great show, ive bought my first and last 2 night vision/thermal optics from yall, couldnt be happier with your customer service, when I ordered my first i was very impressed with Michaelas knowledge and commitment as well. I have a buddy who asked me a question when i recommended yall he asked if yall offer a "Trade in" option, I said I didnt think so but would ask. If not is that a thing? Dunno hes mulling buying a thermal but thinking of the improvements in tech and what to do when he wants to upgrade...thoughts?
N-vision: something new coming as there was some talk about something maybe near ahotshow 2024… fingers crossed Pulsar: A whole lot gong on but going in to many directions and then baby teasers steps each year in each of the many directions. Time to morph these concepts together.
@@Liam-ql7tr I doubt that’s ever going To happen. The new telos battery’s are quite good with USBC charging on the battery that’s amazing. Pulsar like apple wants to control the battery ecosystem
I agree with everything but the iray 1280. That optic requires a spring mount because it’s not durable enough for anything above a 223 recoil. No way I’m gonna spend $16,000 on something that’s that fragile warranty or no warranty. Nvison need to update the XRF Pulsar needs a 3-4x 1024 sensor 🔥 take my money 💸 The Telos LRF is amazing
@@AdventureOne that’s ridiculous. The pulsars are rated for way higher recoil. Why would I spend nearly $20,000 on something that requires a spring mount? It’s laughable. I’d gladly buy a halo XRF or a pulsar before dropping $16k one this 1280 Iray model. I wouldn’t even spend $10k on it I’ve heard of you don’t use the spring mount it voids the warranty! So it’s not about protecting it
@@lukeclement1310 I guess if you are putting it on something larger than a 7mm mag you have a great point, but that's not most hog or coyote hunters. Yes, it includes a spring mount, but I don't hear of durability issues.
Thanks for watching. We’ve found that the guys who are buying the 1280 aren’t concerned about the mount. It’s never been mentioned to us by a single customer who bought it. They want the very best image quality they can get and they are willing to pay for it. We’d wager most won’t own it in 5 years when the warranty is gone and if they do, they won’t care and will have bought something else that’s newer and better. We believe this is the tip of the HD iceberg. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but the mount with or without a spring isn’t on our radar. They could probably lower the recoil rating and take the spring out but what good would that do? There are springs and shocks under every new truck and it not only rides better but keeps the whole truck from getting bounced and rattled to pieces.lol Thanks for watching and the thoughts. Happy New Year!
The mount on the Hybrid is terrible, I can't speak personally on the 1280 but the Hybrid mount not only has movement forward and backwards but it also moves left and right. Been through two already as well as multiple other hunters having the same issue. The mount design is terrible as well as the height above the rifle the optic sits. Scope performance is great. Trying to maintain confident in an optic with a mount that moves all over the place is not so great.
Hey man, daughter needs a monocular for her go bag. Need a good inexpensive option for 100-200 yards max range with no IR needed, or if needed. Suggestions. Looking to spend 500-700 Thx
This going to be the best option for the money. It’s only a 256 resolution so 100 yards would be the max ID range on a small animal but she would be able to detect heat much further but wouldn’t know what it was. Here’s the link to the model we would suggest. Thanks! outdoorlegacygear.com/products/agm-taipan-tm15-256-1-5-12x-thermal-monocular
Unless you are riding in a helicopter or on the back of a very fast moving jeep/side by side, you will not be able to tell 30hz from 50/60hz. We’ve sold a pile of RS75’s and most of the guys who bought them are extremely discerning and picky, as they should be for that price. The 30hz concern has never once come up form them and actually only gets mentioned from people who haven’t hunted with one. We own and use two RS75’s and it’s a complete non-issue in our opinion but we understand how it could be a concern for some by just looking at a spec sheet. Thanks for watching!
We did not include any clip on optics in any Best of shows. We also only include optics created for the hunting market from the brands we trust and promote. We’re sure the Voo doo optics are great but they don’t fit the criteria for our shows. Thanks for watching and happy New Year!
Thanks for watching! We just don’t see how we can’t pick the scope with the undeniable best image quality the thermal market has ever seen? It’s only a flop if you believe it should get as many sales as a $5,000 scope. Just like the first flat screen TV or iPhone, it’s revolutionary, nothing like it has ever been seen before, it’s causing the entire market to react and the people who can afford it absolutely love it. It only receives so much hate because it’s out of most people’s budget. We’ll be the first to say it’s very expensive but it offers something no other scope ever has. Again, we understand not everyone agrees and that’s perfectly fine! We appreciate you watching and the feedback.
