Today is my main grocery shop for my fortnight to my '2 Week Grocery Challenge' this fortnight, I will be doing for the next 12 months. I will be working with just $30 per person per week. As I shop fortnightly to save money I will have my budget set at $200 ($50 per person x 4) for the main shop in my first week. The main shop is for the 2 weeks. Then $30 (seeing how I go with this to start) for my top up shop in the second week. Top up shops for me are for extra fresh fruit/veg, things I may have run out of unexpectedly and then things that may go on sale that I want to take advantage of.

Ohhhh I'm so excited to watch this journey!!! Ps with the milk is it cheaper to buy the 2L and just pour off half into the 1L container ? Just rewash each time ?

Yes, I used to do that with a 3 L milks. I wasn’t expecting to do this long-term justin she got a handle of the weight and she is since doing 2 L now this was a few weeks ago. :)

The sourdough breads freeze well, I do it all the time, and just pull out a few slices when I want it. It doesn't snap into pieces like loaves of other basic breads do. 😊

Yes. My grocery hauls are not just looking at what I buy. They are part of a much bigger picture on what the channel focuses on. Majority of people that watch each video are new people that have never watched before, so I need to go over things so they understand what is going on and so it makes sense to them. For regualr watchers they know they can just skip ahead.
