*I LOVE your new concept versus food video and sharing it to the public. My only concern is what if that “one” person all of a sudden complains of food poisoning and tries to sue you, what will you do? I hope you did some research or ask lawyers of ways to protect yourself if that happens. That’s why I stopped giving food to the homeless on the street due to the possibility of getting sued. That’s why big chain restaurants throw their food away in the garbage at the end of the day instead of giving it for free to random people on the street because of this issue. They don’t want to be responsible for any due diligence or cause illness that might affect them and get sued. Wish you the best and I hope you can still continue making these awesome videos.*

they were all prepared at the same time, packed at the same time, and he was able to monitor everything while it was being consumed and he's not giving away left overs so I think he doesn't have a lot to worry about

i 100% agree that they would love beef pares more because they’re not that familiar with using soy sauce in their everyday dishes and afritada has a more familiar taste because its basically just a chicken tomato stew but i do think that it would be different if there was liver/liver spread which may be “exotic” for them
